on days i work i try to go at like 630 am.. it works for me (when i can get my ass up) but my appetite is increased earlier in the day.. but i usually have my last meal about 8 since ill get to bed early.. just routine for me i guess.

i drink kombucha tea (get it at whole foods) throughout the day and i find it helps me from overeating.. they are very healthy for you as well.. can't go a day without them ughhh

ehh i let myself indulge a little then went home and saw the candy for trick or treaters and kind of went at it.. was alcohol induced though.. whatever it was a holiday were all back on track today right ? :) we deserve to live a little or i'd go nuts..

im 5'5 was 125 and happy there but between 127-129 lately and the scale is pissing me off too.. ive been lifting more so i really dont know.. i think im gonna throw the scale out the window as well, im not complaining of a 5 lb fluctuation cause its a bad weight but its frustrating when its never done that.. soo im hoping the same as you.. just curious how many cal did you eat and how much do you exercise?

love the pizzas.. man i havent had a lean cuisine in forever,  alot of them just dont fill me up and all the sodium, but every once in a while :) i know there is some new ones out maybe ill check those out

im sorry but special k products are a joke.. barely any fiber and protein and plenty of sugar.. i was curious when the protein shakes came out and there is a ton of sugar! no thank you.. all processed crap.

i ate 1200 for so long and worked out an hour and a half or more 6 days a week and got down to 122 (im 23 and 5'5)... well as soon as i would eat something bad BOOM.. then i went back up to 130 sooo currently in the upping my calories stage.. coulnt believe i was so naive and did that for so long with my workouts, felt like such a moron.. i feel better more energy and everything ever since i stopped that.. thank god for calorie count too.. kudos to you by the way :)

you guys should try the new larabar peanut butter and jelly yumm.. also like think thin bars if i really cant get a meal and am on the go although sometimes the sugar alcohols bother me.. kind bars are good too..

i drink GT Kombucha citrus every single day (only one bottle).. im fortunate enough to work right next door practically to a whole foods.. its an expensive habit but I love them, they give me energy and i swear it has improved my immune system.. as far as weigh tloss and stuff i wouldnt agree with that but it has a lot of good stuff in it... love love the citrus flavor though!

i get these egg white salads from trader joes they are 100 calories very addicting i might add and put hot sauce in them .. they are really worth trying if you have a local trader joes... usually by the area with sushi and salads and the flavors are spicy ranchero and chive.. just had one now haha..

yes my friend did it.. im so used to counting calories i know most calories to everything.. and if i dont yes i will estimate.. no big deal, and if its working for you then right on :) most of us have a general idea of what we are eating and all that good stuff

i agree with gi-jane... you need to relax, you will be fine.. we are human a few french fries here or there will NOT set you back. you don't need to push yourself like that either.. just calm down and enjoy life, and a french fry here or there and if you cant, like stated above.. you might need to consult a doctor.. good luck :)

i was given one prescription of xanax a while ago because i was getting very bad anxiety attacks.. it made me so loopy and soo hungry for some reason, i swear i could eat a house on those.. everyone is different though. its better to just take it before bed i assume...

thanks for the advice guys.. just in case ill leave gym clothes in my car and my extra gym shoes.. its so funny because ive sat in my car after work texting for like a half hour cause i dont want to go in hahha.. but doing it before work definately does get me going, but you know, all the good shows come on late so sometimes im up past the time i should be sleeping .. and chinese take out is def a no go hahaa
