If you use a bean base like chickpeas or blackbeans that will glue most veggies together. Add a little flour and you should have a burger of some sort. Well I use to work in the food industry as a cook. For me cooking became harder and harder (cutting up animals and such) I perfered to cook for the salad bar.

Wow those carrot burgers look good. Well I mostly use this wonderful website as a learning tool. I think the people who post here are very good with a lot of useful information.  For the vegans out there using a bean to use as a binder works well plus carrots and beans go good together.
