wannabfit: wow it must have taken alot of courage to write that,its a horrible situation to be in,i just went thru it with a friend of myn,well done for overcomming your urge to throw up i know that must have been difficult when you feel sick to your stomack.you have to remember tho if you only have this much food in a day and you are also exersising alot your body may be in starvation mode-i know that sounds stupid but your body isnt being fueld so it trys to hold onto any fat you may have to fuel its self so eating this little may hinder your chances at loosing weight.you only loose the amout of calories you take it-does that make sence probably not lol, i really want you to reach your goal weight like all of us do so if you need any help or just a chat or rant just let me know!take a day at a time and remember struggaling with this ontop of trying to loose weight is tough so give your self a break.i admire your efforts. cathy xxx

i think board om is my problem,and the facte that theres always food in my house,while in school theres only certain times im able to eat and then on the weekends i go crazy and eat all the time!

week5: omg this is perfect,as you can tell i havnt been logging on regurlarly at all,i felt like i didnt have time.but this challange is perfect for me!! iv been at 187 for ages now!!im gonna try varining my calorie intake and excersizing more. this week along with logging in my calories!thanks guys u always seem to know what i need to keep me on track. x

hello every 1. im baaackk!! was a serial schmoozer but went a little off track over the summer but iv managed to get back almost~~to my last weigh in back in june! so sorry to be joining you all so late but thankfully my idol(and i know all of your inspiration)lilly has let me join im sure due to my previous commitment to s&L!

why am i here: well im 18 years old and im not happy with the way i look,i know what 18 year old/woman is but in march of last year i decided to change my life..instead of crying over my weight as i have done my whole life  i thought id do somthing about it! i ended up loosing a total of 46 lbs then summer came and i put on about 10lbs..i know what a waste! but iv managed to get back to 187 and am back on the road to success along with all of you.im quite a confident friendly person and i want a body that reflects my mind,im not looking for perfection but more of a perfect me.

week 2: i do solemnly swear---not to eat nuttella for 2 weeks with the hope of making it perminantley out of my diet!!!(i made this sware back in s&l 2 ...didnt go well... i also want to cut down on special k bars!any1 have any thoughts on them..good/bad???

week3:give yourself a boost:

along with my diet being gone my good water drinking habbits whent out the window aswell. so i think id like to try drinking 1.5liters a day + a liter for every half our of exersize i do in the dy.im going to try eating larger breakfasts.and eat more protein mainly need to introduce more fish into my diet.

i sinserely apologise for this abnormally long reply...just had a lot of things to catch up on!! xxx

week 5:my reward

when i reach my goal weight it will be almost time for me 2 go on my 6th year trip ....its a trip for almost every 6th year(seniour)in almost every school in dublin so ill probably buy loads of clothes!!!...i love shoping its rediculous!haha im pritty into fashion(well not the crazy stuff lol) and hopefully when i reach my goal weight ill b ale to wear all the styles i cant waer at the moment,

my weeek 4 challenge went well but i did 4 out of 7 days, not bad..i was surprizingly sore after these new exersizes!which made it to hard to do it everyday!im gonna work up o it tho!

inikaliciousi:thats sum reward!im sure it will be beautiful,ah im so scared 4 u!! needels freak me out! haha.

i lost 40 lbs befor i droped a jeans size i know carazy! but i think i lost alot of weight from my chest area and my leggs first.it also dependds on how much fat ur burnin maybe try and do some cardio or particular fat burning exersize.

haha im 18 and i drink alot! so i wont tell u to stop,i always snake when im drunk 2! what i normally do is tell my friends to stop me if they see me snaking i usually go ofr the chips so theres always people around,i definitely wouldn't stop if i didn have help!if u dont want 2 involve friends i guess all u can do is either dont serve food,serve somthing you dont like or if your in someone elses house and they have food try to avoid the kitchen or area where the food is..i know impossible..its a tough 1 i have 2 say!

week 4:lets get physical

this weeks challange has come just n time for me!

so for my challange i bought the biggest loser excersize dvd.there is 5 different workouts on it so im pleadging to do one a day,they consist of a 10m warm up a 20m cardio/strength training depending on which work out your doing and a 10m cool down.

i have to say tho i did one yesterday and my legs are killing me! iv used muscles that i didnt know i had lol

up 2lbs this week but im ok with it..kind of expected it.well of course im not ok with it but im making a fresh start this week,on exersize,food and my outlook on life in general.haha.some of the supper supper ideas were grate!tuna melt seems right up my ally lil.and have to add i brought soup to work today for lunch and sometimes there is nothing nicer than hot creamy vegetable soup!yum!and only 80 cal per cup!best idea i had all day!

week 3:

supper suppers-

ok well its not sooo supper but when i cant be bothered to make a full meal i love eating spaghetti hoops on bread...i know that sounds terrible lol but half the can of spaghetti hoops in tomato sauce is 56 cal and on a piece of hole grain brown bread which is 70 cal thats 126 cal and its delicious...wouldn't be the most nutritious but when i get home from work thats a much better choice then my brothers crisps!!

was really happy this mo because since may the scale has barely moved 4 me and today it showed a 4 lbs loss!! amazing!

i have a couple of food weeknesses!

pasta..all pasta,cheese sause tomatoe sauce,pesto,butter hand me pasta and ill eat my weight in it!

oddly enough iv been eating alot of nutella chocolate spread,befor my diet i din like it but its the only chocolate sorse in my house so iv been eating table spoons of it,95 cal per spoon!

alcohol is a hudge weekness for me,the drinking age in ireland is 18 and i find myself drinking at least 1 can of cider a day! i know crazy!i would like to put that as my pleadge but im going to oxygen which is this big festival on thursday..so thats not gonna happen!

wow iv never done that b4...measured my self i mean wow thats a big difference.

b:water.........ok i hvnt stuck to my goal verry well b4 i went away id been drinking about 1.5 liters a day which is 1 less than id aimed 4! oops.

C: iv signed up for s&l 2....i see that alot of people have..lilly ur gonna have a tough job keeping track of off these people!

i was reli dissapointed that i put on weight at the very last weigh in.... but 8lbs is still a good weight loss amount i would have liked to be up there with jigglethehandle and pocha but we have another 10 weeks to try again.thanks for everything lily and every1  c u in s&l 2 x

i have the same problem iv lost 40 pounds but basically nothing from the stomach area which is maddening!!iv asked people the same question...how can i hav lost so much without loosing fat,because like u i eat well,the main responce was to do more exersize,i dont know how much u do but i really dont do that much thats why my summer goal is to walk a mile and go to the gym on alternate days,im sick to death of my stomach fat!!!!

hello everybody!

ugh im glad 2 be back and 2 be able to count calories! iv put on weight when i was away absolutely devastated!but i am officially moving on don't want 2 get any post holiday depression or anything lol iv found lots of reasons 2 be happy 2 be home including my bed!!!!ugh how iv missed it!

im a bit behind on challenges so

week 8:soundtrack to my life wow this is a hard 1 im a little bit obsessed with my ipod..well alot obsessed actually haha iv recently had 2 get a new 1 so i dont have my normal songs on it just yet but iv been listening to a few new 1ns i like,like relient k-be my escape,3oh3!-dont trust me,taylor swift in general,katie perry-wakin up in vegas oh theres just 2 many to think of reli.

week 9:i love tesco orange chocolate cerial bars there 80kcals each and yum! for lunch i usually have a small salad with ham slices,lettus and coleslaw,i love smoothies too,jungle rumble-mango,honey,bannana,frozon pro biotic yogurt,and orange juice,one serving of 500ml is 255kcal....doesnt seem right to me tho hmm?

im 180lbs,17(18 in 10 days!) 5' 5 and im a size 16 or 14 it reli depends on the shop i buy my clothes in!iuts reli annoying actually:( i think wow im down a dress size till i go into another shop and im back to a 16! i had to buy an 18 the other day ahh its so annoying!

week 7:

well this week a friend came up 2 me and said that i was looking amazing,mind u i was wearing new jeans and feeling amazing!haha she said that my legs looked reli well which i was surprised at,sometimes i find it hard to place my weight loss,havnt loost much ffat in the stomach area....i think its kind of bits here and there.and although i was kind of embarrassed it felt nice,she also said that my other friends felf the same way but that they thought i might stop working so hard if i got to much good compliments...and i c there point...i would love to be able to stop here but this is a long road for me and even tho iv lost 40lbs cc puts my target weight at this time next year.

iv also always had this problem with this guy who makes fun of me for my weight,although he thinks hes reli cool nobody reli likes him!but the last 2 times iv seen him he hasnt said anything to embaress me and id like to think thats because i look grate!and he knows it !i reli dont like that guy!

ana:i know how u feel somtimes i feel like whats the point i get like that about alot of areas in my life especially school but then i try to think of the future when these things wont be issues anymore.im trying to make exersize somthing i instintivly do everyday rather than have to do in order to loose weight.dont worry i take every day as a new i think omg i cant beleive i hate that ice cream last night(i had 3 large spoons)but 2day is a new day ,new cal intake 2day ill be better!iv been trying to loose weight all my life but i dont think i was in the right mind set befor,i know ull get there and things wiil run much smoother..not all the time ov corse!

pocha: that weding sounded fun!! haha

doing a 10km which is a 6.2mile walk for charity today...wish it wasn't so hot and sunny! i know i never thought id say that!Ireland is rainy 200 days of the year.....but this is a long walk!and i burn easy!ill be putting on lots of 50+ suncream today!haha.

when i read this weeks challenge i dint reli no where 2 begin!

i used to drink much more water than i do now.i have summer exams at the moment and iv been having 1-2 diet cokes a day!which i know is reli bad!!

my aim is to drink 2.2 leters a day with another liter at least  when i exersize. id say i can stick to that!

it annoys me that iv lost 40lbs (well not that haha) but that it doesnt look like iv lost that much! its all from my chest area....i wanna loose belly fat!!
