My two favorite breakfast go-tos are both about 200-calories and include: 1 bag of flavored instant oatmeal. (Lately, I've been doing the ACTIVE LIFESTYLE brand, because it helps with weight loss with amped up fiber.)
And if you have time to prepare a little something, try: 1/3 cup Low Fat Vanilla Yogurt + 1/3 Low Fat Granola Cereal + 5oz (about 1-cup) of sliced strawberries. The yogurt is just enough to lightly coat the cereal and strawberries and tastes just as yummy as a breakfast treat.
