I use them (light yogurt is my biggest source) but if I consume too much I get extremely cold and can't stop my hands from trembling.  This tends to happen when I am at a restaurant and drink a ton of diet soda (4 or 5).  This dons't happen with water so I have to think it's the diet soda.

To be fair, Hungry Girl says on her website that she dosn't pick foods based on health, just calorie content.

First of all, your height/weight seems excellent, expecailly with the amount of muscle.  I would make sure you really need to loose weight.  You can't go on a BMI with an athletic build, so try to get your body fat measured.  I know when I was in HS this was something gym teachers were able to do.  So ask your gym teacher or coach.  As a woman, you don't want to go to far under 20%.  Use that to judge what to do.

Don't always trust the "light" moicker.  Light beers are not created equal.  Sam Light has 125 calories and Becks Light has 64.

Also, if you are not a fan of light beers, Guiness also has 125 calories.  

A cosmo is 150 calories.

If Campbells is still too salty, try Healthy Choice.  After I started eating HC, Campbells seemed like a salt lick!

I wear an AE size 4 and my thighs are 22in.  I buy the boyfriend cut to give them a little more room, and they are more flattering on more athletic legs.

Depending on your personal tastes, you can get either Becks Light or MGD 64.  Becks Light is 63 calories and MGD 64 is 64 calories.  Both also have lower alcohol %.

I usually gain 2-4 after a weekend of drinking and bar food.  Usually comes off and then some by Friday.

The only way to get an accurate bmr is to go to a doctor.   To loose weight (according to my trainer) you eat 250 under your bmr and work out 250 worth of calories.  This will equal one pound loss a week.

Some people are sensitive to artifical sweeteners.  I, for example, get dizzy from apartame.  It's not a "I have a Diet Coke and stumble around" type of dizzy, it'll take about a week of a Diet Coke for it to start happening and then it kind of comes in as waves.  I cannot be 100% sure it's the aspartame, but I do know it is corrlated to drinking alot of Diet Coke.

For my birthday I had angel food cake with strawberries and light whipped cream.  It wasn't exactly low calorie, but lower than most

Abeckert, the only accurate way to get your BMR is professionally.  Google BMR and you'll get several different BMRs depending on the formula you use.  I know that occasionally they will have people come to the gym who have a thing you blow into to figure it out.

Aria (http://www.ariaprotein.com/) is an easy protein supplement to take.  The only places I can find it is online or at Trader Joes.  It's not great tasting, but it is better than many out there.  Also, you may want to try just a single multi-vitamin.  That's what I do, I couldn't remember to take that many vitamins :)  Your diet looks great and super healthy, keep up the good work.  If you want to make an easy switch for more protien, try single-serve cottage cheese instead of yogurt.
