You could try these:

One hundred pushups

Two hundred situps

Don't do the "girl" pushups (on your knees) though because they don't work your muscles

In the two hundred situps program, it says on the "what is a situp" page that you only have to go 35 degrees to do a situp. I thought that that was a crunch. No bragging but I can do 220 crunches so I have strong abs. I just need to burn off the fat on top of them and I personally don't think that doing 60 situps a day will really help. I do like the pushup challenge though

The calculators aren't always right. If you have big bones, or lots of muscle, it might say you are overweight when your not.

The calculators are just a guideline for the "average" person.

Just practice dribbling up and down your yard or a soccer field. Make sure you do warm ups. Also, get your friends together and have a little "practice game". These are all things that I have don cause I play soccer too!!

That's about 800 calories burned.

650 for the walking and about 150 for the sitting and watching the presentations.

When do you need to accomplish this by?

How tall are you and how old are you?

Let's just say you were 6ft and 25yr and you did light activity

You should consume about 2050 calories a day to reach your goal weight of 220 lbs.

This is at a reasonable weight loss average of 1.5 lbs per week, which should be reached by November 09, 2009.

Generally, women should not consume any less than 1,200 calories per day, and men should not consume less than 1,500 calories per day.

I have a workout that would help:

100 Jumping Jacks

10 Pushups 

20 Jack Knives

20 crunches

25 Jumping Jacks

10 Pushups

 

20 Jack Knives

20 Crunches

50 Jumping Jacks

This takes about 15 minutes and you should do it twice a day.

Also, go to a gym frequently or try to get your daily totals like this:

Monday- 60 min.

Tuesday- 60 min.

Wednesday- 90 min.

Thursday- 60 min.

Friday- 60 min.

Saturday- 120 min.

Sunday- 120 min.

Eat healthy and you will see results in about 25-30 weeks or about 6 months

I went on this and it said I should weigh 85 pounds!!

It says "we don't have time to work" when just before that, it said that they "love tv and thats how they spend their time"

This is a pathetic excuse for not working.

They say they can't diet when they don't work and have nothing to do otherwise. I mean COME ON that is just PATHETIC.

My family spends the same amount of money on groceries per week as them and I'm the only one who wants to lose weight (10 pounds) anyway!!

They look disgustingly gross and they don't try to help themselves at all. 

In this economy, tax payers money should at least go to public services or help people who REALLY need help like the elderly or the disabled. They are neither. Obesity can be fixed but sitting around and watching TV is NOT how you fix it.
