A lot of stuff is linked to cancer that we still use everyday, like canned goods, plastics, moisturizers, hair dye, deodorant. I drink 1 diet soda every other day, sometimes everyday, sometimes 2 a day, I haven't gained a pound for 2years, I think they might cause you to retain water, and depending on you personally could trigger or suppress a sweet craving. |

lots of nuts!, avocados and good fats! whole milk, cheese. You can mix a banana, whole milk, some whole milk yogurt, peanut butter, nesquick, (protein powder, if you have it)in a blender I know that's a pretty popular weight gain drink

eating 6 or 800 calories a day is extremely unhealthy and dangerous! You didn't lose much weight because your body was storing fat thinking it was starving! like amythestgirl said MINIMUM of 1500 calories! your bmi is 19 which is fine for your age/height/weight so start eating before you end up in the hospital |

Is it like a cramp? Try stretching out really well before you go and also don't run with food in your tummy, some people can but I find it makes my stomach cramp |

I think you should really think about talking to a doctor. I have read a few of your posts and I think you may have a real problem that could lead to something bad. Your weight is normal for your age and height, but you are going to gain weight and should want to since you are a growing child and will keep growing until you're in your 20's. You don't have to go and eat Mcdonalds or a whole cake but you need to eat MORE, more protein is good, like you mentioned having eggs as well as cereal. If you know a meal is well balanced then don't worry about how many calories are in it! Eat until you feel satisfied. Your body is going through these binges because it is starving. I know you have had many posts about this and I'm curious if your parents know how into dieting/counting calories you are. Eat things that are good for you, and PLEASE talk to a councilor or doctor about your obsession with becoming over weight |

I haven't had that problem with mine, it's always the exact same as my bathroom scale, but like Karozel said make sure you put it in the same place everytime because that can change the result also try and wear the same clothes everytime or very similar weighted clothes. I love my wii fit! I do the 30minute free jog and super 10minute hula hoop everyday. Have lost 8 pounds! (I also run outside) |

Thanks for the ideas, I love the yoga work out type stuff so thanks for those suggestions Karrebeaar. I tried the biggest loser cardio max dvd and liked it (until I got bored of it) There was a cool down yoga thing on that with Bob and I found it pretty cheesy but maybe a whole dvd devoted to it will be different. Rosieblue I have done that 4 part workout a few times and some others by Sadie Nardini and thought they were ok, so thanks for that suggestion. That's a good idea to look on netflix, I have it, and use it all the time, it never crossed my mind to get exercise dvds on there thanks everyone

Well I left her in her underwears and she had a poop accident, but didn't seem upset by it at all, I just told her it was ok and next time we go on the toilet. The next day she held in her poop all day, then the following day I could tell she had to go so I asked her if she did and she said, "poop in doras" (she had dora underwears on) so I said no we poop on the toilet like a big girl, she cried because I took off her undies, then she kept saying, "I gotta go poo" I brought her to the toilet and nothing, then after about 4 times of that, SHE DID IT, I am sooo happy, and she was so proud of herself, she wanted to call daddy at work right away and tell him! Thanks everyone for helpful suggestions, looks like you just have to stick to it, I'm hoping her fear is gone forever. |

I spend about $125 a week for me, my husband and our 2 year old. Tonnes of fruits and veggies, and I clip coupons! I don't know how some of you spend so little! We shop at Shaw's, I don't know if that's a big chain I just moved here from Canada. whole foods is so expensive, I wish I could shop there! sometimes I go just to make my own almond butter, love those nut butter machines. |

You can sometimes get it on ebay cheaper but its best to buy it from the actual site. I know it seems pricey but it's a good investment really! It's also a wonderful company so I like to support them. But if it's way out of your price range the vs stuff is good too. ps. I love vs bras,undies and pj's I checked out the semi annual and stocked up already!

Well I saw this post and thought I'd try the 4 part workout, it feels nice and you feel really stretched out afterwords, but I'm not sure how many calories you actually are burning feels more like a stretching/relaxing/toning? thing. It felt nice though and I will do it again for sure, also will keep at my cardio stuff! Just thought I'd also mention that the lady who does the workouts says to eat between 1200-1500 calories and once you start to lose weight you can start to eat more like a cookie here and there, for example, just like any other diet or weight loss advice! I think people got the wrong idea about that. ps holy **** on your pictures! just thinking of bending like that hurts! And you look awesome! |

She doesn't want to use her potty outside of the bathroom, she usually sits on the actual toilet with those baby seats on it, I tried putting the potty in her room so she could go and be alone but she got really mad "no this goes in bathroom!" I've tried putting her poops in the potty, she knows thats where it should go if you ask her "where do we go poop?" she says "on the potty!!" If I try to say lets go to the potty right before she goes she will throw a temper tantrum and say no no non no and I dont want to force her. Also tried the m&ms thing and she doesn't care! the reward is not worth it to her! I dont understand her! Its so frustrating. We watched the elmo video and she likes it and thinks its funny, sometimes she'll say, "he just made a peepee not poopoo mama" and I'll say "no he made a poop hes a big boy now!" and she will ignore me. ahhh its so hard |

oh yeah and they freeze really well! I freeze them in individual ziploc's so I can have one whenever, just microwave 30seconds or let defrost |

I got this recipe when i went to weight watchers, their "muffins" but taste like little cakes and are so so so good! if you use the chocolate chips (totally unnecessary) don't mix them in put them on top of the muffin after they've cooked, sooo good!!! and healthy! FIBER MUFFIN 3 cups all bran cereal or fibre 1 2 1/2 cups boiling water mix in a bowl and let stand till mushy bowl 2 - 1 box lowfat brownie mix 1 tbsp baking powder 1/2 cup cocoa powder (not chocolate milk powder 1 cup grated zucchini 3 tbsp chocolate chips ( optional ) mix the bowls together well spray muffin tins lightly and bake for 20-25 mins @ 350 degrees |

It really does get easier, I used to only be able to run for 5minutes and then had to walk and now (a year later) I can run for 35, it takes time! Also make sure you don't excersize on an empty stomach, I tried it after waking up and just drinking coffee and it made me sick, I really barfed and felt dizzy. Drink lots of water! And you can always stop and do something else like sit ups or whatever and get back on the tredmill when you feel your breath is back.
