I just tried them for the first time. They are okay, but I am not all that impressed. I am sad that I spent $5.60 for four of them at my local store. It is worth a try I would say.

I have the same problem! I work out after work since before work proved to be a bit too early for me. So, I do cardio and lifting from 6-7pm, then shower and eat and wind down. I still cannot sleep. I did not notice the problem when I worked out in the mornings. I think that the endorphins are still going too strong at night.

What time of day do you work out?

I have noticed that cutting calories too low has been counter-productive for me. I'm 22, 5/7", 140 lbs. Just trying to lose a couple pounds and get back in shape. 950-1100 calories is way too little! That amount will make me cranky and irritable. It is much better to eat more calories of HEALTHY food so that you have enough energy for your workout. I work out much harder when I have eaten about an hour before. Hope that helps!
