i have 2 arm strength training

 

but i have 2 leg weight training.... those are the days i'm wondering about, to lift after my runs or not.
but if i'm able to COMPLETE my weight lifting routine even WITH the 3 mile run, would my RESULTS (defined, stronger legs) suffer?..... or would doing lifting while i'm less tired give me better results?

but what if i DO do cardio (3mi) first?... would my RESULTS suffer?......

CalorieCount DEFINATELY

  1. overall, more ppl's ED's get "triggered"
  2. is a waste of time XD (time could be used in a better way)
  3. not a "natural" way of enjoying food
  4. ehhh i had a list but just not able to put it in words for now...

BUT hm.... i wanna say something insiteful.........
Caloriecount probably does attracts ED's.... may not CAUSE it, but worsen it...

i just read....... running alot oflong distance= loss of muscle= slower pace....

 

sounds... so.... true... b/c i know from experience, in 7th grade, iw as a sprinter, butmy teacher said i would be a better distance runner and made me join distance team.... eversince then, i've beeen able to get a "better" mile time + play cardio stuff longer, but i DID become a slower sprinter/ weakered legs...

currently, i run around 7min...... 45? i dont know, pretty close to the 7 min. 59 LIMIT... i have to run FASTER than 7minn 59 or i'm OUT of the school's list thingy i've been able to maintain....

our run will be on MONDAY or THURSDDAY depending on the weather.....
i would like to know the BEST WAY TO PREPARE.... eat, train, rest, etc

i just REALLY want to achieve this goal until i'm out of highschool.... i dont knwo why, but this little fitness test is VERY important to me...... i know its a terrible measurement of your fitness, but i just want to get it......... and i'm NERVEOUS b/c its WITHIN A WEEK D':..............

fine

 

what if i had more time?............. like a month or two? whats the bestw ay to prepare?????

and i HAVE BEEN TRAINING BY THE WAY.......... but what would be the best thing to do now?... i have 1-2 weeks left until the test, how can i maintain / improve from THIS POITN?


as for FUTURE mile run tests, whats the best way to train?.... you guys say intervals, hills, longer distances?

so the arm exercizes you crossed out... is it okay if i move them to saturday?..... hehe......

 

 

would you please explain why crossing out those would be a better work out?
and why isolation exercizes should be excluded?....... like the bicep stuff, i see ppl do it all the time.........

 

i still dont feel like i'd get "stronger"

but the more we strength train, the less faster you run..........

 

it is true that you never see bulky bulky runners......

WHAT WHY?!!?!? especially with lateral raises/ bicep curl and upand down tippytoes!? and if adding dead lifts, i'm guessing 3x12?

 

why should i exclude all those? ...... i want a better workout
