i have 2 arm strength training
but i have 2 leg weight training.... those are the days i'm wondering about, to lift after my runs or not. |

i just read....... running alot oflong distance= loss of muscle= slower pace....
sounds... so.... true... b/c i know from experience, in 7th grade, iw as a sprinter, butmy teacher said i would be a better distance runner and made me join distance team.... eversince then, i've beeen able to get a "better" mile time + play cardio stuff longer, but i DID become a slower sprinter/ weakered legs... |

currently, i run around 7min...... 45? i dont know, pretty close to the 7 min. 59 LIMIT... i have to run FASTER than 7minn 59 or i'm OUT of the school's list thingy i've been able to maintain....
our run will be on MONDAY or THURSDDAY depending on the weather.....
i just REALLY want to achieve this goal until i'm out of highschool.... i dont knwo why, but this little fitness test is VERY important to me...... i know its a terrible measurement of your fitness, but i just want to get it......... and i'm NERVEOUS b/c its WITHIN A WEEK D':.............. |

fine
what if i had more time?............. like a month or two? whats the bestw ay to prepare????? and i HAVE BEEN TRAINING BY THE WAY.......... but what would be the best thing to do now?... i have 1-2 weeks left until the test, how can i maintain / improve from THIS POITN? |

so the arm exercizes you crossed out... is it okay if i move them to saturday?..... hehe......
would you please explain why crossing out those would be a better work out?

WHAT WHY?!!?!? especially with lateral raises/ bicep curl and upand down tippytoes!? and if adding dead lifts, i'm guessing 3x12?
why should i exclude all those? ...... i want a better workout |
