iiam excited that i lost 1.1lbs !! i was on my period and it was examm week!! iam soo excited to graduate this friday... hopefully i will be out of 150zone when i walk down the stage with my diplomaa!!

i started this challenge at 153..

May 4th: 151.5

May 11th: 150.4 !!

which is very exciting because this week i ate more than my calorie target.. it was my exammm week and i also got my period.. so 1.1 lbs is great!!! i cant wait till i get out of the 150s and into the 140s :)

Week 1 is done!!

Weight on 4/27: 153

Week 1 weigh in : 151.5!!

I am hoping to get to 143-145 by May 25th... but this week is going to be very very stressful :(.. final examssss.... so hopefully i'll be able to keep this up!

thats amazing!!! running is prolly the only workout iam scared of!! lol... i want to start running and eventually be able to run 5k without dying.. but i dont know how.. any tips for starters?? and again CONGRATS!!!

thanks everyone!!! you truly made me feel better!! and you're right.. as long as i keep my weight loss between .5 - 1 lbs a week during finals week.. i should be happy.. but once its over I would kick my butt and increase my workout!! thanks again... Goodness!! I love CC!!

Great!! thank you everyone.. I will def. try them.. because I started getting bored of the meals I eat, and I think my body needs something different for it to contunie to lose weight.. now I cant wait to go grocey shopping :)

I am the same!!! iam 153lbs and i want to eventually get to 127lbs!

May 25th goal is 143lbs... it will take me a lot of hard work to get there.. especially that i became vegeterrian few months ago and there is not that many veggie receips that i can make so far.. but i love the challenge..

I have the same issue.. iam student and I am 155lbs and trying to lose 25-30 lbs..and i love carbs!!!!!!!! wow we have the same problem but what i did is that i told all my friends that i am dieting and asked for their support, so when they wanted to go eat junk food or fattening food, i would just go for a run or go somewhere where there is not any temptation. I know its hard but just focus on your goal and where you wanna be.

Its harder when you eat at the cafe, so limit your visits to the cafe as much as possible or go there when its not crowded, because when there are more people I tend to feel like eating like them.
