Running on the treadmil can play havoc with your knees. Try walking for a lower impact. I tend to walk at about 5 - 5.5 km/h which is quite a slow walking pace but really increase the incline. I find that is quite a vigorous workout if you do it for a reasonable amount of time. The longer I stay on, the higher my heart rate goes. |

You would not have learnt that in chemistry any way. Perhaps physics, definitely home ec, but not Chemistry. |
