Julianna, that lunch sounds amazinng! If you like peanuts or almonds maybe you could add EXTRA crunch haha!

I would love to try that, my mom has chilli oil in our fridge maybe i should try toast, cream cheese, spinach, sundried tomatoes? Any ideas?

I tried the nuts with cereal and coconut and it was scrumptuous. Vanilla cinnamon warm milk cereal topped with coconut and cinnoman baked walnuts.... YUMM!

EGGYBUMFLUFF: Ditto on the spinach cream cheese and nutmeg sandwhich, ill have to try that!

I love pumpkin so ill have to try the cereal or nuts mixed with it sounds greaat=]

Last night i mixed butterscoth sf pudding mix with cottage cheese and dipped in some cinnoman almonds and chocolate pudding which sounds so weird but actually really tasty!

And this morning i had special K protein plus mixed with cinnoman milk and heated up in the microwave it was sooooooo good, next time i want to try it mixed with some nuts maybe or some coconut? Any ideas?

TEACASTLES: holy moly your food sounds fabulous! You are so creative. I hope one day i could bring myself to make such delicious high calorie foods! I am trying to find some new snack recipes and i always crave something sweet at night time and  i love pb all fruits besides dried so any recipes would be great! YOUR SSO INSPIRATIONAL!<3

pb and cream cheese does sound good! i just recently ate cream cheese again and i love it! i have been dying to eat it with a sesame bagel and some tomato yummm...

Also, last night i made cottage cheese mixed with a carmalized banana, walnuts, cinnoman and sugar then let it freeze and take it out put it in a waffle cone and drizzle some PB (OF COURSE) haha ont top and it was fabulous.. crunchy and creamy and sweeett=]

Maya- your food is very unique but sounds great ive never tried larabars or cocnut oil?

hey guys, sorry for being such a downer and making everyne mad but i just cant help but feel down now. i guess i just need some support so i have some hope to become healthy again. thanks for all of the great advice and i hope that i can get better. THANKS!

Personaltrainer- thanks for the great advice i just need to know what some good things to eat that wont make me feel horrbile and i just need some guidance.

hey congradulations! i'm so proud of you. ive been working so hard to get mine back but nothing seems to be working. did you work out during this time or eat anything specific? any advice would be great! GOOD JOB!

any calorie range really, just something to snack on maybe before bed and stuff. i love peanut butter, popcorn, vegetables, dark chocolate, chicken, cottage cheese, fruits anything really.

ive never met someone that i feel like were so much alike. I am shorter and way a little bit more than you but i have an exercising problem as well. Also, when i dont exercise i feel better too but something just always urges me to exercise. I fidget, lift weights in my room, sit ups, push ups, and i even play lacrosse. I eat about a maximum of 1800 calories [ if i have my late night snack of popcorn and peanut butter=]] and i get headaches all the time. Also, i lost my period and i'm so scared that i am ruining my bodyy. if i could give you any advice, it would be to stop running and aerobics. Maybe you can do shorter runs but aerobics takes more energy and if your restricting your calories then you shouldnt be doing aerobics. Stick to something lighter like pilates or yoga.
