Sorry I forgot to add my info... I'm just shy of 5'6... was 139lbs but reached my goal of 123lbs. I used to eat roughly 1400 calories a day before my terrible binge eating started. I ran 4-6 times a week just for 30 minutes or 3.5 miles  at a time. I'm trying to cut out caffeine now and eating more veggies but since there is so many carby products in the house I am nannying in its hard not to eat them. Plus I think me getting frustrated with the family causes me to binge.

Thank you for replying, now I know I'm not alone. I really don't want to gain back the weight I worked so hard to get rid of. I try to have a snack every few hours and I bought low calorie hot cocoa so I can get my chocolate fix but sadly today I still ate a ton of chocolate and bread! I have zero self control!

I gradually started to eat a bit more so I wouldn't gain back weight. I was 139lbs when I started my weightloss plan and I reached 123lbs back in sept. Then I leff to go to Italy to nanny... where I kept my weight the same. For the past two weeks I have been in England (still nannying) and this is where I started eating completely out of character...

Thanks for the lovely comment! Well my period should be over within the next few days so we'll see how the weight goes. I'm going to go to the supermarket soon and just stock up. I am nannying here for three months and the family buys my food and they don't eat many veggies so i feel bad making them buy me all the veggies but I guess i shouldn't.

Turkey how random! I hear greece is beautiful and trust me I have been warned about the italian boys =)

What you said about stress is totally true! When i'm happy my weight stays the same or I lose some weight but when i am unhappy i gain weight!

I'm living in a VERY small town thats about 40 minutes from Venice. I usually snack on bread and grapes for breakfast then head out for my run then come back and snack on some more carbs and fruit. At lunch they have pasta but I stick to yogurt because I can't have such a heavy lunch because it kills my stomach. I basically snack when no one is home haha I eat little bits of the Kinder bars, mulino bianco treats and such. So bad but I just have a few bites and thats all. I found sweet potatoes the other day so I'm super stoked on that because I love those to bits! I just need to buy a few more veggies because for dinner I have a salad but only with carrots, cucumbers and some peppers in it (very sad salad, I know). I don't think my body is used to all the refined carbs I am eating but thats all this family eats - no whole wheat goodness whatsoever!

Okay so I think I have been having to many sugary things and refined carbs because that is all the family I am nannying for eats! I have bites of the kids sugartastic foods but I never eat a whole thing because that is a sure fire way to make my waist line expand. I will try to down more water and less perc coffee & early grey tea! I know 2.5lbs shouldn't make me flip but it took me so long to lose the weight i have and I don't want all my hard work & effort to go to waste you know?

I think I do need to eat more because on tuesday I took a day off from exercising and ate a little bit more than i usually do and dropped back to 127lbs on wednesday. Then on wednesday i ate what I usually eat and went for a 3 mile run and today I'm back to 128.

Does anyone know why my weight would work out like that... gaining weight after execercising and losing it when i don't?

I dropped one pound but still had the other one. Two pounds I gained... I know I should get all flustered about it but I stayed at 136 for a long time and I was so excited to drop weight because I was working my butt off for it. I eat pretty healthy; veggies, oat bran for breakfast, apple, non fat yogurt, peanut butter, other fruits, some raisin bran cereal. Lately I've been keeping my water intake pretty high since I do drop in bikram yoga so I need to be properly hydrated.

I feel pretty good. I still get that bloated yuckiness but better than before when i hardly worked out. I've lost about an inch in my hips and my weight dropped half a pound today so we'll see maybe I'll lose a bit more soon

Thanks for the info. I went to class this saturday and wow I really liked it. I had to lay down for the last little bit because I felt faint. I'm going back tomorrow =)

Thank you so much! I reall appreciate the time you took out to write this down. I'm thinking of incorporating some yoga and pilates into the mix since i have an windsor pilates dvd. 500 a day - mental note taken of that. Once again thanks =)

Thanks for the reply. I'm hoping my weight goes down because gaining two pounds in a day is a bit ridiculous! I have increased my calorie intake I used to eat less than 1000 a day (I know really really really bad!) but I changed that up and I probably eat more than 1300 with all my snacking. Anyways when i added those calories my weight seemed to jump up a bit to? I do work out an hour everyday but it usually is a bit more than that.

Thanks for the comment! I don't actually want to lose muslce I just want to make it a little less bulky and leaner? I guess my thighs are bit thunger thigh-ish but not to much. I eat roughly 1500 calories per day and workout 40-50 minutes on my stationary bike and I'm going for a run 2-3 times a week (around 2 miles) and I go for 30 brisk walks as well.

It a personal opinion I guess. Just when i'm wearing a bathing suit of something you can tell I'm bottom heavy because of my hips so I would like to lose a few inches.

urgh lip thats it! I seem to lose all my weight from chest which well really sucks! Then I pack on the inches from below my belly button to mid thigh. Unfortunate genetics I guess.

I don't really care what people have to say about me. I just thought it was a new idea to do this post. Anyways I'm eating less now so I can lose weight but it doesn't seem to be working I'm adding calories now but I'm still gaining/maintaining weight.

Thanks for your reply i'm actually 5'6 so about an average height I'd say. I just calculated my bmr to be 1480.9 cals a day then i added in how much I work out so I'm at about 2200 but I want to lose the weight I've gained so I don't need to buy new clothes =) So I think I'll bump my diet up to 1500 cals a day and see how that goes for a week.

I'm 18 and I did weigh 134 up until last friday but now I'm back up to 139lbs. I gained 13 pounds froms stupid college. i started at 130 and finished up at 143 gah I've been exercising more and thats how i got down to 134 but now i'm a fatty again and back to 139. My measurements are 34-27-39. I have huge hips, I'm a classic pear shape. I usually wear a size 4/6.
