Tell him the truth. When my husband graduated from boot camp he was super skinny and I did not like it at all. I loved when he had his little love handles. He started eating more and working out less and since than he has gained about 10/15 pounds and back to the weight that I like. Although he does not like his love handles but as long as I tell him he is perfect and I love him he does not stress out about his weight. |

That is not too bad though. There are people out there that drink so much more. If it helps make some diet ice tea or crystal light. My husband hardly buys soda so when we do get it I drink about two glasses a day. I totally agree that it tastes amazing on a hot day! |

I am the same height and weight as you are. I feel good about myself, but my husband tends to make little jokes like going to my belly when were in bed and saying that he hears two heart beats. So I start feeling bad about myself and now he has learned to keep his damn mouth shut.
I have to say I would just go over the boss only since I would feel uncomfy talking with the boss about something that he is doing wrong. If you can handle talking with him I would go right ahead and do it. I would tell him if he keeps it up than you will go to HR and have something done about it and that he could lose his job. |

I ended up pregnant by mistake, but I loved every minute of it. I was a senior in high school and at that time my boyfriend went to boot camp, he came home and used protection although for some reason we did not think of what would happen playing the praying game the second time. In Nov found out I was pregnant and in July a had my wonderful daughter. Now we are married, living the military life which can be hard but we do love it, and on the 8th my daughter will be 2 years old and within 2 to 3 years we are planning to try this time for our second. When he jokes around and pokes at my belly I tell him to stop or I'll make sure there is another baby in there. lol. Just have fun with it. Have a nice evening together, lots and lots of fore play, once he does his thing make sure to lay there for about 20 mins and do it every other day. (Read this all in a book that we have for when planning on our next) Wish you the best! |

I love Sonic and the close to me is over an hour away so I never get to go unless I go down the shore or when we go on vaca to FL. I have to say, the burger is wonderful and skip the fries that is what i do. Get a diet soda and if your friend gets a shake have a sip of his if he does not mind. Sonic for one day outta how many? I would just enjoy it. |

Well you already know that everything is about you. You are the one that decides what goes in your mouth, how long you exercise and the things you say to others. You do not need to go to the gym to workout. Put on your favorite tv show and jog in place while it is on. I do that during the day although I am stuck watching cartoons with my 2 year old. You need to go to that interview with your head up high. You need to feel like you are the only one that can teach in Japan and your not going to let anyone get in your way. I hope that the new workout clothes help you out. I like buying new clothes and they do make me feel better about myself. I would go with a black pair of tight pants and a wife beater. That is just me though. Try it on and see what you like.

I giggled at the title too!
Anyway my husband is not skinny but no where overweight. When he went away to boot camp when we are dating he lost a lot of weight and even though I thought that looked good at the time I am so happy he put on a few pounds. He is still looking sexy in his uniform. He has trouble with his self image though because in middle school he was overweight so almost every other day he asks me if he is fat and I say no. Than he grabs his little love handles and says he wants to lose them. He is in the perfect BMI for his age and height. We have been together for four years and married for two on the 18th of July.

Hey I had an unplanned c - section to in July of 2007... my pouch will not go away either away almost two years. My husband and I agreed that I will get a tummy tuck around 3 to 4 years having having our second child which is not planned for another 3 years to even try to have another one. He says my top has gotten smaller from losing so much weight that I can get those babys done as well.
Before you go under make sure you do not want to have another child. If you have another child you can really mess up your body a lot. Just saying to think it over. In the end it is totally up to you. |

Im unable to tell if she was joking or not. She is this old women that sounds like she was from Poland when she was younger. She has no place to talk though, like she is shorter than me and overweight for sure. I would get a new doctor but since I live on base and we only have a year left here I can deal with it. The other doctor is a male and I do not really care for him at all either. |

I dislike ads like those and if you look close at some of the photos it is not even the same person. A while ago they had this show on in which a personal trainer would come to your house throw out your food and tell you what you should do to reach your goal weight in like 60 days or something like that. Well one girls are about 21 and she lost about 15 pounds and wanted to do a photo shoot so she did, I swear the photo looked NOTHING like her. They sparyed on her tan, made her look sweaty, made her suck in her belly and it looked like they photoshopped her thighs.... |

Want to know who messed with mine? My stupid doctor! I am serious on all levels. It was only 2 months after I gave birth to my daughter and I weighed in at 168 which is obese for a person that is 5'2. She told me that I needed to weigh 118 pounds. I got to that in a year and as a result I have flappy extra skin on my belly. She also told me to get down to 110, I only reached 114 and than my weight went up again. When I saw her in March my weight was 122 and she said that I need to lose weight and if I gain anymore she will not see me anymore. My husband tells me that I am beautiful the way that I am. According to my scale I weigh 121.6 as of today which is typically two pounds heavier than my doctors office. He actually says that I can put on some weight, but I cannot allow myself to do that. Esp since he said that while we were dating I was chubby (140 - 150 lbs) my weight went up because we went out a lot to eat... Now I know to pick better foods when I am out. |

Hey, I am 20 as well but I am 5'2. I was 185 pounds when I started dieting (after giving birth to my daughter). It took just about a year to get to my healthy weight of 120. It is a long and hard ride you are on right now. Do not work out too much, when you do that you have extra flappy skin that likes to stay. That is what I have now. Salads are a good way to started off, but you cant eat them forever. You just need to follow the serving suggestions on the foods that you eat and make sure you log your food and activity on here everyday. Tyson and Predue Chicken is good, ground turkey is wonderful, whole wheat pasta and bread might taste bad at first but trust me you get use to it. My husband ate that food since he was a Freshman in High School and once we started dating I had to get use to the food as well. Now I cannot even eat white bread or normal butter, or drink regular soda. Fruits are a wonderful snack and if you go out to breakfast order a bowl of fruit and a slice of whole wheat bread. It taste pretty good. 90 calorie bars are alright but do not use them as your meals, they are more of a snack food. I take typically the weekends off from working out, I have killed my back over the past year of working out and being 20 and feeling like 40 is not good. On the days you do not work out do not eat as much. I hope everything that I told you helps you out. |

I believe you should have a small piece. If you believe that piece you are given is big than cut it in half. In my nutirtion class we learned that if you deny yourself of goodies you will binge in the end. So have a small piece of chocolate here and there and never deny a small piece of cake on your birthday. |
