Well I once binged on a few pounds of grapes, three ounces of raw cashews, two apples and two potatoes. I was really full. I haven't ate like that in a very long time thank goodness.Embarassed

You should consider what the above posts have mentioned and another factor that may contribute to your binging is boredom! I know that when I'm bored, I'm more inclined to eat more just to give myself something to do. I don't know what your exact situation is but be sure not to deprive yourself of essential nutrition; it only leads to more binging ! I hope everything works out for you and you find and relinquish your root of all binging evil! FOOD IS GOOD! Laughing

I personally don't believe in monogamus relationships anymore because there are a lot of attractive people in NYC and I think it's human nature to "cheat". LaughingWe are intended to procreate and remaining faithful to one person for an extended amount of time is boring in my opinion.

I have about 2 servings of nuts a day.. That's about 30gs of fat. I don't think that's very low. Is it?

Thanks Gi-jane! I usually don't log in the foods that I eat but I'll do so now to get an analysis on the amount of sugar I'm taking in. I should stop being lazy. Ha!

For me it use to depend on the intensity of the ache. If I was really aching, I usually took the next day off. If it wasn't so intense, I just jogged my way through it. I recommend listening to your body and seeing where it takes you from there.

I haven't talked to my doctor because all she recommends is medication and I haven't taken medication in 2 years and can do without! I also would not resort to eating meat because I really don't like it personally.  I think I found the root of my problem..I'm ingesting too many carbs as someone previously posted. I do drink a lot of water and my diet is mostly composed of carbs since I'm a runner and I''ve read that runners needs more carbs than protein. I've been limiting my intake a bit and eating smaller meals and I feel as though my flatulence is down to a tolerable level. Ha! Thanks again for all the input.

I don't think that's my problem. I've been a vegan/natural food eater for 2+ years. The only sweets I enjoy are fruits. I really don't like the taste of fast food, candy, dairy or meat.  I usually binge on grapes... haha. Hmmm.... maybe I have a vitamin definecy? Thanks again for the input or maybe it's my new job and I'm not eating enough. I dog walk, bike and run. Maybe  my body is trying to compensate for the lost calories? I feel as though I eat enough though. I take in about 1800 a day or maybe more since I don't really keep count anymore. I'm also 5ft 1 and about 108 pounds. I eat a lot and every 2-3 hours to keep blood pressure at bay.

I have no eating disorder and I'm have no intention on losing just maintaining. I don't enjoy the bloated feeling I get but I feel as though it's inevitable. I know it's a mind over matter kind of mentality I should approach... but does anyone have any suggestions?
