Try eating some more (yes more) calories for a week or two. You could also rotate your cardio exercises instead of only jogging. |

You could also try moving the bike somewhere where a tv is visible (if possible). |

I tend to take them with a grain of salt. Especially when it says something to the effect of "we are 46% sure that this food is a B+". Although I also try to avoid the D's and F's as to not get a bad grade lol. |

I started out eating or using gum instead of smoking. It took some practice, but eventually I was able to just talk myself out of it. YMMV, but what worked for me was once I realized what I was doing I would just stop, take some deep breathes, and relax myself. I found that pausing for those 15-30 seconds would be enough to get me to realize I didn't need whatever I was about to do. Good luck! |

I weigh in Mon, Wed, and Fri also, but I try to ignore the scale number and follow the trend number on the weight log. I figure as long as that number is going down, I'm doing good. |

Thanks for the tips everyone! That all makes sense, I think I was just going way to gung ho on the calorie cutting...I'll add in some nuts, avocados, olives, etc as suggested. Also, I should probably add more dairy in there too... |

Yes, I should have specified that. I am trying to lose weight. I have a long way to go (I'm shooting for 180-190ish) so I am trying to figure out a diet that I won't get burnt out on. |
