Its really hard to say weather its working or not. I take one in the morning with a large glass of water then do a 1/2 hour cardio work out and find I am not hungry after it. usually have breakfast around 10am. I lost nearly 10lbs the first week but was so dissappointed the 2nd week as I had lost nothing. Think I will be struggling this week to. Had one naughty day the second week, ate hot cross buns!!! but didnt think that would be enough not to lose anything. Will keep plodding along though. |

I am having a coffee with skin milk first thing in the morning and wow has it up'ed my energy level when I work out. Huge difference. Most Im having is two a day. |

Yay there is someone out there on deca slim!! I have only been on it for a week. I was not looking for a sliming pill but it popped up when I was looking at a slimming site and sounded really healthy, with lots of positive feedback so I thought I would give it a try. Some days I am just not hungry, others are not so bad. I lost 4.4kgs (approx 10 lbs) in the first week. That is quite a big loss and probably not good to continue losing that fast. I try to base my food around the top 10 -20 superfoods, and exercise 5 - 6 days a week. |

Hi everyone Have only been on this journey for a week. SW: 230 CW: 220 GW 150 Have had quite a big loss this week. Am taking deca slim and struggle to eat at time. |

Thank you everyone for your comments. I don't have sugar in coffee but I love it creamy. (Lots of milk, not cream). Im gonna go and make one now. Will be sure to add the calories into my daily count. Im not using enough so it wont hurt. Helen |
