well i do exercise a good amont a day i dont want to over do it with the work out i like to work out abot an hour a day. ok i will eat more hot foods and drinks |

haha your last motivation is funny mean but funny. I know what your saying about your biggest problems are but i gues you could just eat a little and work it off later. what do you have to worrie about if you al ready in a small size i wish i could be in the smallest size wich is doudle zero in USA thats cool that your from australia do you have the acksent? if i were you i wouldnt go vegetarian but it is your chocie. do what makes you happy. the reason why i say that is because you need the protien in the meat but i gues there is othere ways of getting that protien if you do go vegetarian. But my mom did tell me that meat doesnt make you gain weight. haha the funny thing was once when i was a little girl like in 5th grade it tried to go vegetarian but it didnt work out because i told my mother that the only meat that i would eat would be chicken selects at mcdonels it was so funny now that i look back at it |

o thanks wow i dont think i will ever be able to run 2 miles with out stopping thats amazing even if your not fast. it just hurts really bad when i run i get really bad cramps and sometime my upper stomic hurts so bad that it feels like i dont want to breath any more cause it doesnt really hurt when i hold my breath and the more i try to get air the sharper the pain is iam not really sure what it is but i think i should ask my doctor |

thanks ok i will definitely try that recipe sorry no it my 1st language i am really bad at spelling its my weakness and also i am dyslexic. I have a vearly hard time reading and spelling but as i get older i am getting better at it :) |
