firstly idk how u can stand to eat that processed weight watchers crap. second you could've easily whipped out 900 cal with a lot less volume which probaby would've been easier on ur body. handful of nuts or a generous pb+j on whole wheat could've knocked out those calories. |

well everyone who keeps saying its fiction seem to have the idea that you CANT lose weight if you eat after that time. they merely suggest it helps, not that its impossible to lose weight if you eat late. personally i've always found it easier to lose weight if i dont eat past 6ish. and yes your body have its own internal clock it adheres to, thats why when you stay up till 5 am your just not right the next day |

wtf of course it matters. fat is jiggly disgusting excess garbage and muscle is strong hard and toned. a half ass'ed way to tell is to tighten your muscles as hard as you can, then try to jiggle the area. the more jiggle the more fat. if it doesnt jiggle much it's probably mostly muscle. |

quite frankly no one should be eating that stuff on a weekly basis anyways. tell her your worried about her health and eating that kind of processed crap so often can shorten her life. doesn't matter if she's over weight, dieting or not. that kind of stuff should just be saved for a every now and then if any at all |

my mother's been a yo-yo dieter pretty much her whole life so i've been raised on lowfat and diet food. the taste of diet is the "norm" for me. whole milk or full fat stuff taste funny to me. |

i ate 8 cupcakes the other day for my birthday and my weights already back down to what it was after 2 days. no, 140 cals will not affect ur weight loss unless you eat it every single day. |

I am grateful for artificial sweeteners, they really help me when im craving sweets. i try not to overdo it, no more than 1-2 diet soda's a day and such. i also try to go for the more natural artificial sweeteners. but hey everything in moderation. |

i used to think i could never be a size 0-3. i was always bigger than all the other girls, not obese or anything just a bit chubby. before losing all my weight the smallest size i wore was a 10. to my surprise after some accidental and some purposeful weight loss i am indeed between a size 0-3 and i have a very large frame. i think it is possible for every woman to be a size 0-3, some dont pull it off as good as others. the only limitation i see is if you're a very tall girl, more than 5'9-'10, then i may not be possible. |

quite frankly its nothing special, i did it for 30 days and got the same results i would've gotten from any other decent workout. do something you really enjoy. personally her workouts aren't my favorite- although i enjoy her style of training id rather just go for a bike ride or something. |

i've gone to probably about 10 different body fat % websites and used their calculators that're based on height/weight/measurements. they all give me the same body fat % of 16-17% though. i guess that seems about right, i'd give it a 2% more or less variance. the only real accurate way to measure body fat is to go in a dunk tank though, thats the only 100% accurate way. |

im a little under 5'7, 125-130 and wear size 0-3. odd it seems i wear sizes smaller than most ppl my weight. oh well i wont complain |

So you can log your weight -- which allows you to do the following:
- Plot your weight curve
- Analyze the trend of your weight (see under Recent in the figure above)
- Determine the projected target date (see under Overall in the figure above)
