yeah yesterday about 3 in the afternoon i found myself thinking about food a lot and i was waiting for my stomach to grumble so i could eat somethign (im used to eating around 3) so i finally did. so i guess that was ok since thinking about food is a sign. man i wish i could just change overnight ha. |

i usually eat breakfast before class at 8:30 then come home and have a second breakfast around 10 then go to class and eat lunch after around 12ish. but today i didn't have my second breakfast because i don't think i was truely hungry so when lunch time came i could actually feel my stomach grumbling and i knew for sure that i was hungry! im so excited to try eathing this way and see what it does for me. eventually i want to not have to count my calories. |

well before i went to work at 4:45 i probably had about 800 calories, then at work i had a small piece of pizza and salad with blue cheese dressing. then at home i had another small piece of pizza and went to a party where i had about 4 frosted cookies ha and some chips and salsa then after that i came home and had some cheddar popcorn andprobably 2 servings of dry marshmallow mateys. i'm pretty sure i went over my calories (about 1500-1700 to maintain according to CC), probably not by 3500 but still over ): so today im going to eat normally. hopefully i can not overeat at a church potluck tonight (: i really need to learn how to stop eating when im full no matter how appetizing the rest of the food looks. |

the thing is i wasn't restricting my calories. i had just eaten half a bagel with cheese melted on it carrots and grapes, so i did have some food in me. |

i wish i was that good on vacation :P actually this trip i feel that i did pretty good. i tried not to over eat by too much and got a little exercise in. wednesday is my weigh in day so we'll see how much damage was done lol. |

i do drink liquid to help me feel fuller and not snack as much but im not undereating. and i don't usually feel extremely thirsty when drinking. just normal. |

the reason i think its ok for me to eat 1200 calories is because when i first started my weight loss journey (well when i first got totally serious about it ha) in january my doctor said i should eat at the least 1200 calories. and in 4 months i did lose 12 pounds. but you could be right that i need more calories. do you guys think that zig zagging my calories would be alright? like 1200, 1500, 1300 1500? something like that? this little weight gain is making me really frustrated and i just want it gone; so i want to do this the right and healthy way! |

i usually eat between 1200-1300 for weight loss and 1500-1700 for maintaining. also i'm expecting my period on the 29th. maybe im getting some gain from that coming up? |
