I have all night... I don't have any plans for tonight. I actually have a lot of vegetables, I could make a stir fry but I don't have any rice or anything that could go with a stir fry, I don't think.

It is the fishy taste that turns me off. I just heard that it was really healthy to eat fish like salmon, but if there is a type of fish that has a lot of health benefits and that those not have that strong taste, I'll try it. :)

When in high school a friend of mine got her prom dress almost a year before her prom and of course she gain weight so what she did is took it to an alteration place and they took the zipper out and replaced it with a nice fancy ribbon and made the back of the dress like a corset thing. To tell you the truth it made the dress look even better! :) Maybe you could do the same with your bridesmade dress?

I went for a run on my lunch break and I feel so much better now! :)

I think I just needed to get the first run to get me motivated again! It's so easy to not exercice for one day and say the heck I didn't exercice yesterday and it didn't hurt me so I won't go again today, the next day.

It is absolutly normal. Running outside is a lot harder then running on the treadmill. Keep it up and you'll see you'll get the hang of it really fast! :)

I just wanted to say congrats guys!

I use to run a lot (competitions) when I was younger and due to a knee injury I had to stop. In March I decided that I was going to start running again and see how my knee would take it. So far so good. When I started I would go for 15 minutes and nearly die! I felt like my lungs were on fire and my legs were burning. Now I go for an hour and I feel good. No more burning lungs and legs. :)

You guys will see how fast it picks up!

Bigger but not to big either. I would like to have more definition. I don't want to look like a body builder or anything, but I would like to have sexy femine legs and a flat stomach. My stomach is pretty flat right now but no definition.

I got mono when I was 14. Mine was a pretty bad case of mono, I had to be hospitalize for a week and a half.

It was middle of January and on Sunday night I went to bed completly fine, I was not feeling sick or anything, the next morning I woke up my troath was so swollen that I could barely breath. I went to the medical clinic and the doctor that saw me that day said, Oh you have a troath infection, so he gave me antibiotics and took a blood sample. That night I was in so much pain and had such a hard time falling a sleep but finaly I fell asleep. A couple hours later I was dreaming that I was drawning and that I could not breath, then I opened my eyes and realized that it was not a dream, I was really not breathing. My troath was closed shut. Not able to scream for help I managed to make it down the stairs and in my parents room. As I was gasping for air my mom realised what was happening and rushed me to the hospital. As soon as I got to the hospital they gave me an oxygen thing that goes under your nose and put an IV thing in my arm with antibiotics to make the swelling go down. Then a few hours later I was taken to my hospital room that I stayed in for a week and a half.

My experience having mono was really not fun and I hope that you will not have as much of a hard time as I did. I wish you a quick recovery!

Thank you for your post. Yes I am one of those people who people call "naturaly thin" but what people don't realise is if I would listen to myself, they would not call me naturaly thin, I would probably be obese. It is very frustrating when I hear people saying " you are so tiny, it's not fair, you can eat whatever you want and you don't gain a pound" Excuse me! Do you see me eat wathever I want??? Do you really think I prefer my apple over your delicious looking cookies and chips? I am working really hard to maintain my weight and there is nothing natural about it!

I binge on fruit all the time! I love fruit so much it's not even funny! My mom always makes fun of me and says that if I keep eating so many apples I am going to turn into one. lol

If I have an apple right after I am done, I want an other one, then I want an orange, then a banana, then an other apple, then grapes, then some kind of other fruit! lol I am not to worried about it tho, I like to think that it is better for me to do that then to binge on junk food. :)

I use water. I put enough so that the food won't get burnt and I watch it carefully and it doesn't stick to the pan and water is calorie free! :)

I actually had a migraine yesterday. I took the Advil Migraine Liquid Gel and they worked pretty good.

Hope you feel better soon! Migraines suck!
