Hi all!

I didn't do so well this week.. eating a lot of sugar and fats.. but I continued to exercise.. that's what saved me I guess! So today's weigh is 149 (starting this thread at 152 (July 1st)).. It's slow but at least I'm going down! :o)

ok sooo .. 2 bad days and I'm back to 150.. (probably one pound of water retention and the other one for overeating!!)but you know what? I don't care!! I had so much fun.. ! It's ok if it takes more months to reach my goal.. so I'm back on track today and I'm starting slim in 6.. we'll see if I can keep up!

Hi all!

Clinging: don't give up... continue to count and if you started to do some exercise, eat more!! If you eat to little you'll shot your metabolism.. all the times that I was stuck (evil plateau!!) I upped my cals for a week and it worked.. And I agree with vitenser, go see your doc just to be sure everything is alright.. just don't give up please! :) 

vitenser: Wow congrats on your promotion!! wooohooo.. Virginia Beach.. ! I went there with my family-in-law 3 years ago.. (at 186 pounds!..) I can relate to the sweatshirts!!! lol Cool

Naturallyd and Skinnywishes -- cool it's coming off!! Keep up the good work!!!

I have a wonderful week so far.. (I weigh daily too.. but just count it every sunday..) I was down to 148.4 this morning.. 1.5 pound down since sunday...!! But I have a party tomorrow and I know I'll drink wine and beer.. I think I will do a lot of cardio Thursday morning and eat reasonnably in the day.. (making some room for booze) :P

Welcome taniarx! Congrats on your lost so far.. way to go! Don't worry about loosing slowly.. Keep up the good work and it will eventually come off! :o)

Hi Everyone!! Sorry I didn't post much this week.. I was soooooo busy at work! But I kept an eye on you  :oP (I just didn't post... I'm a french-canadian and I'm not so good in english.. so writing takes me a looooooot of time!!!!)

My week wasn't so bad.. I ate a little over my goal (which is between 1500-1600) 

I was 152 July 1st and this morning I was 150! Yeah! It seems like I will pass soon the "150" mark.. I didn't think I could! As far as I remember, I never did!! (I was there one time but didn't maintained it long!)

You're all doing a really good job! Stay motivated! Just be careful with you're intake.. not below 1200!! Your health is more important then losing too quickly, going to starvation mode, and risking to gain it all back after with a shut-down metabolism.. (Speaking from experience..!)  :o)  

I'll try to write more this week.. Good luck to all of you.. I hope you passed a great 4th of July

Can I join too?

I'm 5"7.25 and I want to get down to 135.. like most of you! (started at 158 on cc in April.. but my highest weight was 186 in 2006)  

I'm at 152 right now but was at 149 last week... my period should start soon. (I hate that time of the month with all the weight fluctuation.. but I'm not so obsessed about it.. eventually it will come off!!!)

So.. about me... I'm 26 yo, live with a wonderful boyfriend (8 years now!!), work in television as an assistant sound editor. I'm trying to workout most days (6 days a week approx).. I will start Slim in 6 next monday after finishing my 30 day challenge with wii active (it's a killer at high intensity!!!!) .. I'm walking a lot too...

I'm trying to eat between 1500 and 1700 cals per day (I love sweets!!! Especially ice cream.. tough to resist in summer!!!)

Good luck ! (for the weigh-ins.. I do mine Sundays .. so I'll post them here)Laughing

ahhhhhhhh I was at 149 yesterday and the day before.. seems like TTOM started just at the end of this challenge.. good timing...!!! Hope it's down a little on June 30.. But I feel better, leaner, prettier than before this challenge started and I have plenty of energy so that's what really matters other than the number on the scale..... ;o)  Good day everyone!Cool
