Hey Ya'll!!!!

Ok, well I would like to post my weigh in on Sunday also if thats ok. gimme time to walk off at least a pound!!

Day before yesterday was a bad day for me (feeling kinda blue) and I got into my sons ice cream and ontop of that I refused to do my daily walk! I guess I got kinda rebellious that day! yikes!!!

walked one hour last night, and gonna do the same tonight. it really helps me feel better.

I wanna post some pics, I know it always help me to SEE others results. but I am just so darn embarressed by my fatty pics!

I think I'll try and post some this week? .............. just thinking bout it makes me sweat!

Hi!

I am 5'7 and 210-- just recently have lost already 60 pounds! and still trying. how long have you been at it?

Yes you are right, a burn is a burn nomatter where it comes from! I am so glad you posted this, thank you.. I feel better. ((:

I do hate exercising, really.. and the time I do take out to walk/ light jog is it, I do it and want it over with. and the thought of having to keep adding to it makes me ill!

I will keep at it, and adjust my eating/calories. I HATE being fat, cant wait to get it off my body.

That is just it! I don't wanna do other exercise walking/slow easy jogging is it for me! and that is enough.

and I thought that that would be enough- but seems it is not going to be and now I feel hopeless.. I don't wanna give up, but if I have to add other stuff to my already daily routine, whats the point?

we are all here for one reason, and thats because we have weight issues! serious? yes it is and to each one of us it maybe more serious than to others. I only offer a 'chin-up' because tomorrow is a new day, a new start, a new beginning!

if there are deeper issues than one can only go for help / advice from professionals.

I am no professional, but I am indeed a trooper for I am in the same boat as the rest of you, with the exception I keep on keeping on. chin up!

so I offer my spirit of 'up-lift' and cheer to who ever needs some uplifting words.

we all feel like this at one point or another!

don't worry about a bathing suit now! just focus on day to day- who cares about a bathing suit! you wanna go swimming? wear a cut off jeans, or a cute swim skort (tennis skort)

work those legs! get them firm and and watch your self esteem go sky high! dont focus on the now, and the bad, focus on the new you, weight loss, and new clothes, and happy times to come!!

I love swimming and sun, beach, and such, but guess what? I gained lots of weight, got a ton of stretch marks and well needless to say NO more bikinni for me, but there are other cute swim items to be had!! ((:

and now that I am exercising and loosing weight I feel better and those marks don't mean nothing! I am gonna still have fun! and so can you!!((:

remember---when you fall down, you don't just stay down, you get up and try it again!!!

now, chin up girlie!

Ok I just have to add to this post!

1 for me, my husband.. I married him when I was 16- he was 25!

now 24 years later (I know this is going to sound awful) but I wish I had done MORE had MORE and played and enjoyed my life and sexed it up while I could!!! I am now 40, fat, and very unhappy!

I know not all marriages sux but mine does!

Ive lost 40 pounds to date- still loosing and I cant wait to feel confident and sexy, and I can promise you I am going to go out and 'do it, do it, do it' till I cant see straight!

I am so sick and tired of being a good girl! I envy all you folks who have done it more times that a handful!!!!!

Yesterday--- a huge bowl of POTATO SALAD--- and yes it was so worth it! ha! it was soooooo good, hadn't had any potato salad in about 2 months now.
