If you stick to whole grains, push the extra fiber, water, and veggie fruit  you will be fine.  I have increased my fiber intake to around 30 grams a day.  i feel so much better.  I can eat a little more and not worry cause my body is working harder to process it, and really i don't go over my calorie limits on most days.  I have lost over 7 pounds since joinging calorie count, and had lost 5 pounds before joingin and the biggest change was the fiber intake.  I can now cut my grass with my push mower, last year i used a rider.

you know i got mixed up with the low carb no carb rage, and actually lost like five pounds when i first started on it but then i was sneaking in carbs, and thinking they wouldn;t matter.  lol  carlories are the way to go,  that and high fiber.  been such a help to actually know what i have eaten and if i have room for anything more at the end of the day.

i think that is awesome.  My husband and I are going through financial peace university.  It is an awesome website and we are working off our debts right now.  we hope to be debt free in less than two years and then start working on our mortgage.  we are really looking at how we live.  the extra car we don't need,  the whole cabel internet and cell phone expense,  trying to trim where ever we can and apply it to our debts.  check out Dave Ramsey's website,  maybe you won't have to keep two jobs for very long if you follow his program.  We both have full time jobs and rental properties as a second job.  Instead of hiring the work out we are mowing lawsn,  painting apartments and doing the maintainance as much as we can ourselves.  Just hope you can get some sleep in there and take care of yourself too.  Take along some high fibre high protien snacks to keep you from the sugary snacks.  i have so much more energy now that i don't eat donuts, and cookies, and stick to veggies and fruit and high fiber.  i have lost over 15 pounds,  6 six starting on calorie count.  The first ten was taking forever, but now with calorie count and my daughter as my coach  big help.  sorry so long but anyway God Bless you have a great day

HI what a great idea.  I am still at the beginning of my journey but have been blessed with well  just blessed.  I have been struggling with my weight for the past 5 years or so.  I use to be able to lose pretty easy but menopause and celexa did a number on me.  I went to the doctor 3 months ago and had finally had my cholestrol checked.  I was in danger of a heart attcak with triglycerides in the 300's, my good choletrol low and my bad cholestrol high.  I have been praying for help from God to take away my appetite and help me gain some control, cause i am out of control when it comes to food.  i see it i eat it, doesn't matter if i just finnished a huge meal.  I was frightened with how little control i had.  I found out celexa had this for a side effect so i weaned myself off.  not an easy task.  Anyway,  my oldest daughter, who is always after me to lose weight and be healthy cause she wants her mom around for a long time, got layed off from her job, and moved back home.  She came if armed with a bag of groceries and a plan.  she showed me this sight and we set goals on the fridge to get to our first 10 lbs off.  At first i was a little defensive and resisted and then a light bulb went off.  this is what i had been praying for,  my own personal coach, and i better surrender and let her help me cause my way was not working.  well just a month in i had my blood work done again.  My triglycerides went from 309 to 176.  my good cholestrol went from 33 to 47 and the bad stuff from 123 to 109.  My doctor was stunned,  i am stunned.  I am working on my next goal and still struggle with my appetite, but now our work is participating in the wegman's challenge to eat 5 cups of fruit and vegetables and day and do 10 thousand steps.  We get a pedometer and are on teams. God truly answers prayers, cause work was the worst place with a candy drawer and treats pouring in the door every week.  I feel something i have not felt in a while,  hope!  thanks

i admire the exercise you do.  I have just started with this and my daughter has me on a 1200 calorie hig fiber low fat diet, also low cholestrol.  I am consuming 30 grams of fiber a day.  It is helping, but i always feel hungry.  but i am keeping my consumption around 1200.  She measures everything out, and we have baggies with 100 calorie snacks in them,  but they have to have the fiber in order to qualify for this diet.  Trader Joe has bread and things that are high fiber, and then i was at target and found cereal with 10 grams of fiber in 1 cup, and it even taste good, only 150 calories.  so i have that most mornings and is a good way to start the day.
