ocean, it has been quiet in here. Hope everyone didnt give up.

Bread bowls sound good, i prob would have gave in too lol. I have had a horrible week of eating.Trying to start fresh today.I am about to go buy spinach for salad.

Good job gls!!! I think i went over my calories a little yesterday too! But not by much.I went for a walk last night, and thankfully no gain today!!!

"I have good news, i have been sticking to my calories, i have lost almost all o fthe water weight that i have gained. (but i gained a few "real" pounds tooWink, i'm working on those)

Welcome Baby and Nocciola!!! Jump on in!

 

Glad to see everyone is doing great. I  did do better yesterday. I bought a lot of rice cakes last weekend. Those have helped out so so much. I just grab one of those wheni feel like snacking. I love rice cakes!! Plus it helps me stay in my calorie range.

 

I am ready for easter too! OCean reeses eggs are my favorite candy ever! Gosh i want some now lol I'm not sure what i am going to cook..i have been thinking about it though?

I have had a terrible week, i am up quite a bit. Today i told myself that i would get back on track. I have been doing a lot of emotional eating. I don't know why i do that???I do great all day..then night time comes, i start thinking about crap and i just eat. I need to stop before it gets out of hand. Today is a new day....i need to focus.

Ocean, congrats on the loss girl!!Awesome!! I have never heard of the carmen electra dvd..i'm going to have to look into that. I don't have a fave dvd yet, but i am hoping soon. I orderd a rodney yee yoga dvd, but it is taking FOREVER to get here. I have been trying to find a good weight training dvd.

Its ok lol, its a radiologic technologist. Taking x rays ultreasounds mri's and stuff. Nothing to exciting lol.

Yup, in college...well on break for now actually. I did  last semester. I'm going to be a  rad tech. I just have clinicals left, but i wont be back in school for about another year. Guess i might tell you the story lol: I was an air force reservist at Barksdale AFB, LA . Then i met my bf, we've been together for 2.5 years. He got stationed in England last november. He has a little over a year left. So...i got out of the reserves, now i am going back and forth b/t the states and England until hes done here.We still have our house in Shreveport. So after we are done with England... back to school and the reserves...might as well get my traveling in while im sill young lol.I hate not being in school b/c i love school. But...i'm seeing a lot right now, most people will never get that chance. Can't have my cake and eat it too!!!Tongue out I almost majored in biology(i love it)...i kinda still want to. I'm still not very positive about my career choice...but i'm sticking to it. I want to be everything, i just can't decide.Gosh this is long, sorry.

 

Rylindis, WELCOME! Jump right in! We can pick a day tp keep track i'll start the chart tomorrow that we can add our names and our weights weekly to it. So what day would you guys like to weigh in on. It doesn't matter to me!!Or i can do it now, and you can copy and paste it

England is good! Very pretty and a lot to see. A lot smaller than i thought  lol. Its funny , in school growing up, i never really compared the sized of other countries to the US. I just assumed that they were all the same size for some reasonEmbarassedWe drive across the country in like 3 hours. I haven't made into the rest of europe yet, but i plan to.

 

Thats so awesome that you run too!I just started running about a 2 months ago. Worked my way up to three miles. I remember when i could barely run 60 secs with out wanting to collapse.

oh yeah, another thing i had wanted to ask you. How did you lose the weight you have lost do far?Counting calories? I just switched from low carb, couldn't handle it anymore. I'm just hoping that this works!

Yeah, i guess i just feel like i won't be able to lose weight  eating too many carbs. I think i still have the carb phobia going lol. But everyday i have been eating wheat bread srilled chicken sandwiches, so i have been adding them back in slowly but surely. I have also been eating more fruit again, b/c i wouldnt eat those on lc either. Trying to eat whole, not processed food.

On the daya that i don't run i eat around my bmi which is 1400 calories, when i do run i eat a little more, to equal what i ran. How many calories do you subtract daily? Mine is about 300 calories, which would be around .5 a pound-ish a week. Slow but steady..

Yeah we do!! Yesterday was my first day "on plan" i guess you could say. It went great, i even got some running in. Well actually i don't think that i at enough

I see from you bio thing that you got to study abroad in australia how cool is that?!?! Are you still there? I am visiting in England now, loving it. But, i really want to go to australia one day. Plus your marine job sounds soooo crazy cool and fun!

I havent been in the 120s since middle school im guessing. So it would be nice(i mean i would freak out)if i hit goal. I'm ready to go!
