Good points...... Perhaps the word BINGE is not the best word to be used. I wouldn't say that I get to a point of being "out of control and unable to stop" but when I'm sitting around not doing much I snack and snack... for me I'd call that a binge. I think on here I am allotted 1950cals per day and I try to stick to that... anything over that greatly I'd consider a binge. Again, perhaps not the best word to describe what I was trying to get too. |

What is the serving size on those and calorie content? I find those a little too bland....but then again all the salt is not good either. |

I was going to ask the same thing today about snacks..... I like the idea of the almonds because I like them but what kind do you buy? I know there are so many out there and since calories count I don't want to waste calories on something that will not carry me to my next meal. What about veggies other than the normal carrot sticks, etc. I like those but when I am at work ... my co-workers don't want to hear me munching on carrots.... gets annoying like the person who smacks and cracks their chewing gum!! |
