| you lay on your back with a weighted bar in both hands, with your elbows close to your head and keeping your upper arm still, lower the bar toward your forehead and then back up making sure you squeeze at the end. I hope this makes sense. | |||

| What is a HIIT routine (sorry I am new at this). Nothing will really happen if you go up to 185 I just wouldn't make it an all the time thing, and not the entire workout. I just don't think there is any benefit from being at 185 instead of 170. | |||

| It could if you are straining the ulnar nerve (its the one you hit when you hit your funny bone). It also depends on if its constant or intermittent. My suggestion is to take that out of your routine for now and see if it gets better. Try skull crushers they also work the triceps good! | |||

| You really don't want to push past 85% of your max which is the 170, so you don't need to push that hard. Just try to keep it around 160-170. When you are working at 85% its more your cardiovascular system, and closer to 65% is good for fat loss. | |||

| I think 5 days a week is plenty, then on your off days you can do
something you enjoy outside... such as taking a walk, rollerblading,
etc. This way you won't feel guily about not doing something
active or exercise Also make sure you are varrying your routine every couple of weeks so you don't get burnt out! I hope this helps! |
