Definitely rinse out your suit - the chlorine can break down the elastic in the suit and you end up with a really baggy suit!

I use a shampoo designed for swimmers - it deals with the chlorine - I'm actually using the Kids one at the moment from Loreal and I like it.  I use it as a shampoo and body wash after swimming.  Afterwards a good body moisturizer will deal with the dryness - I've been swimming regularly since I was a kid, and it's just so much exposure to water that dries out my skin - all the natural oils are getting washed off.

Because it's a try-a-tri it's a super sprint distance, so 400m swim, 10k bike and 2.5k run.  It's the first competitive event I've done since I was in High School, and my first test of my newfound athleticism - I started working with a personal trainer in January - I've lost about 35lbs since then - and still have a way to go, but I want to do this race now so I have a point of reference when I reach my goal next year and do it all over again :-)

I think I'm going to have a shop around and see what I can find with regards to tops and such - thanks Wes - something supportive and quick drying...  who knew it'd be this expensive getting all prepared for a race!

So, I can totally sympathize here - I'm a 36F...  It's really uncomfortable working out in an unsupportive bra.  I have yet to find any store that stock sports bras with enough support for anyone larger than a C cup...  I've invested in a few of the Shock Absorber bras - found them on Figleaves.com http://www.figleaves.com/uk/product.asp?produ ct_id=BB-109&mci=&size=&colour=&a mp;image=r574155-p19005-front

I find I don't move at all in them, and I'm quite comfortable running in this bra (I can't even do a light jog in my day to day bras!)

I've heard good things about the "Last Resort Bra" from Title Nine http://www.titlenine.com/shopping/product/det ailmain.jsp?itemID=2172&itemType=PRODUCT& amp;iProductID=2172&RS=1&keyword=enel l also, but I haven't tried this one myself yet!

Good luck finding something that works - it really makes a world of difference!

+1 on the request for a CC iPhone App.  I travel a lot, and trying to remember what I've had through the day, and log it at the end of the day when I finally get back to my hotel (assuming the internet there is working) makes counting while on the road really hard.  I'd love to be able to fill stuff in on the App while taking a taxi etc...  I've tried just using Safari to do it on the normal site, but the site isn't really optimized for speed on a mobile device, nor is the layout great for a small screen.
