helllloooo!!!! well just to let you ladies in on my update!!! since agusut 1st i am down 5 pounds!!!

i have been sticking to weight watchers for the last two and a half weeks (not going over and cheating.. though i eat treats every day lol). and i have been exercising at least 3 times a week!!!!

and it's clearly paying off!

:)

though i'm not going to reach my goal anytime soon lol... give it another 2 months (for my big mini goal).

how you ladies doing so far now that you're back?

hey now!!!! where the heck is everybody?! i'm a very sad panda.

i joined weght watchers online. yes i did. and i must say.. i'm eating the same things i am now... but my dinners are a BIT smaller... i guess my dinner portion wasn't REALLY completely in control... though not bad!! plus i love the fact that it does the math for everything for me.. instead of me trying to figure out the calories... and what calories i SHOULD be having (apparently i was under eating for a few weeks and over eating other weeks)..

the best part is that on saturday i DID go over my points... as usual.. but i didn't go over them by THAT much. just by a 4 oz steak lol. but i DIDN'T GAIN WEIGHT!!! and what's even better... this monday i am down 2 lbs from monday last week!! so every monday i'm tracking my weight and measurements on there... and every day i'm obviously tracking my eating habits and exercise habits.

yay!

but i'm still really upset that none of you guys have been on here in awhile.

as i thought!!! i'm back down!!! yayyyy lol. i knew i would be by today... such as the cycle goes eh? lol... all i have to do is stop that weekend habit from kicking in and going back up... that way i can actually get DOWN in numbers. sooo what's my plan? well i don't really have one lol. i work both saturday and sunday... but it's short shifts.. 4 and 3 hours respectively.. so perhaps what i can do on saturday is go to the gym a few hours before work.. or clean or something lol lol. sunday won't be that that bad. and the following weekend i start working all day sunday!! but i also stop workign saturdays... which means i'll have to start going out and doing stuffs lol. hanging out with friends... or whatever where there's no bad food lol. i'm sure i'll figure it out!!!

other than that.. no real reason to be on here. just bored at work.. as usual lol. where all you ladies at?

so sad that no one has been on in awhile.

well i'm back up tw0 pounds... buuuuuutttttttttttttttt... that's because of my horrible weekend lol. saturday in particular.. i find i go down some pounds during the week.. and up some on the weekends... which means i have to find some hobbies for the weekend so i don't go stir crazy and eat myself out of house and home. hehe. (i'll be back down those two pounds by tomorrow.. so the trend goes)

yesterday i went to zumba class. it wwas so fun!! although it's always more fun if you go with someone.. that way you both look like fools lol. and i'm going to go work out tonight on some weight training.. followed by aqua fit!!! i can't wait!!! i love water... even if it is filled with chlorine.

and of course... the awesome muscle conditioning class on thursday (which isn't awesome... i hate it lol.) But i figure that... if i have fun classes two times a week...it's working out but it's not REALLY working out. so i need that death work out class once a week just so i know i'm actually doing something lol. and i'll do some weight training on tuesdays (before water fun!!) and on saturdays... just so i'm not being one of those ppl who are lazing off... which i kind of was doing there for a bit. but back on track i am!!!

i eat really really well during the week... i'm even not that hungry during the week and so i cut my calories in the day.. and eat them more in the evening... but apparently my weekends are horrible lol. i'll have to try to fix that... maybe go out on weekends and walk around.. walk to friends' house etc.

i also paid off a credit card!!!!!!! get exccciiittedddd!!! lmao lmao lmao. i know i know... but it's taken me FOREVERRRRR.

on top of everything else!!! no one told me plums were sour!! i bought a bucket full!!! ughhhh i can't even eat one lol.

come back ladies... come baccckkkkk.

i have i have!!! looottssss of success!! i have met some REALLY nice looking guys... guys with good jobs... and i've even met some reallllyyy weird ones. and obviously ones that just wanted sex. it's the same as meeting ppl normally, you don't know if they're weird until you talk to them.

but the best part is... you can talk about ANYTHING and forever!! because you guys don't know each other. i find dates with ppl i know more weird.. cuz you're like... ok... well... you already know my life... ummm... and now we're on a date.. lets just talk about the movie lol. in fact!!!!! one of my good friends now... well we were working for the same company but i only saw him once.. and never talked to him (hundreds of employees, and you work with different ones every day)... but i came across his profile in plentyoffish.com and i didn't know it was him... his picture was 2 years old ... weirdo. anyways i was like.. hey whats up? lol lol. anyways.. we started talking and HE was the one that recognized me... anyways... he;s the best guy in the world... but i'm engaged to his friend now.. (we had no romantic interests). but it goes to show that you can meet anyone and they're not all bad!! internet dating is mainstream now.. everyone is looking for someone but it's so hard to meet outside of your coworkers and your circle of friends.. and their circle of friends. dooo it!! but do something fun. like mini golfing or glow in teh dark bowling or something... expecially if you're not good at either of those things lol. it makes it better if you can joke about it.... or gloat. i did do some awesome gloating on a mini putt field once... mind you i've had many mini putt dates lol lol lol.

if the guy doesn't offer to pay... run!

equality and independece is nice and all that... but it doesn't mean the man can't be chivalrous. if he EXPECTS you to pay for your share.. it's just not cool. lol.

i pay sometimes for my fiance and me on dates.. and he pays for us as well other times. but the first date the guy HAS to pay. know what i'm saying? lol

anyways... i'm tired and thats why i'm ranting on and on about nothing.

plus you're really cute blink!! so you shouldn't have that much trouble!! these guys will just be smitten with you at first glance!! lol

well i only like caesar salad so i can't actually change that. lol. it's the only salad i can eat. i change my fruit every few days though... i'm on cherries and celementines right now. but i miss my strawberries and grapes... cherries go bad SOOOOO quickly! i also change what sandwhich i'm going to have. last week it was tuna. the week before was peanut butter and banana (my favorite) and this week it's ham!!! woo! my sandwhiches are small though!!! i eat 1/4 a pita pouch!!! carbs are a huge part of my problem lol. and i just can't get rid of them. i love them so much!! my big bunny (nibbles) has gone and had his nuts chopped off today!!! he amde it through ok!!! i hope he just doesnt' look at me with hate in his eyes from now on. .. :(

i'm going to try to go to an aqua fit class tonight!! nothing more fun than doing exercise in the water!!!

soooo i'm down 4 lbs!! yayy!!! celebrate!! lmao. ok so it's 4 down from the 5 i originally gained back. but that means one mroe pound to go.. and then the real weight loss can come off!!!

i'm so proud of you ocean!! you're really hunkering down and making this happen!!! being busy always helps!! lol. i can't wait till september.. it's my busy time!! yay!

my back and arms are killing me from my back and arm work out on sunday lol. that means it works right?!?!?!

how you making out blink??? haven't heard from you in a while. how'd that run go?? i ran for like... a minute on the tread the other day lol lol. but everything counts right???

the thief is caught and fired!!! what an interesting week!!! i can't wait to weight in next monday! (i'm eating pizza today... but whole wheat crust and skim mozzerrella cheese!! yay for healthy! lol). it'll be epic. i swear lol.

i'm doing good! lol. no big noticable weight loss yet sadly. HOWEVER!!!! i've started to go back to the gym, sincei took some time off lol. and my counting of calories and watching what i eat is going on SOOO well.i pretty much eat the saem thing every day. half a pita pouch with something stuffed inside (tuna or peanut butter and banana or ham lol), a small caesar salad and a bowl of fruits!!!

dinner is always different... but i'm trying to make things better. i ate spaghetti the other day and it had whole wheat spaghetti, sauce and the meat in the sauce was lean ground turkey! yay for healthy!!! i also eat healthy sloppy joes and healthy other stuff lol. love it.

anyways. i'll let you know any numbers on monnnddaaaayyyyy!!!

ps. i caught a coworker thieving at work!!!! OHHHHH!!! i wish i could get a reward lol. better yet... i wish i didn't work with thieves lol.

i know what you mean ocean girl!!! i thought i was doing SOOOO well since i've been back "on the wagon"... eating all things healthy and what not.. but i started to go back to counting today and WOW. my lunch was over 800 calories alone. all completely healthy... but there are some sauces and what not... and i found out my tuna is packed in oil and not water which added like 200 calories alone to it!! so i started to coutn today and almost died lmao. it's ridiculous. so back to counting i come!! i've printed out these special coutn sheets for myself.. as well as tables for daily percent for fat and fiber intake. that way i kind of see where i'm going wrong.. like eating 1500 calories but 230% of it being fat calories... etc. lol. and making sure my fiber is high.. since that is so so important for my IB. I'm also keeping the binder i put all these sheets in directly in the kitchen!! that way there's no.. "i don't know where my book is so i can't enter the calories" going on. :) hopefully this all shows a bit of success in the future.

my friend who has had a bit of weight loss success.. like over 40 pounds.. but is on a plateau is going to be my work out buddy now!! only about once a week since we live in different cities.. but our days off are on the same days now!! yay! so it'll sort of be like a comptetition to catch up to her.. i don't want to be the fat friend anymore lol.

anyways. i'll let you know how it's going in a week...or a few days.. whenever i get a bit bored lol.

so. nothing has happened for me on the scales since i "came back on the wagon". i find i'm super more hungry now so i eat a lot more... however i'm eating healthier.. which evens out... but still means i'm breaking even on the scale. i am finding recipes that are pretty good to make on your own... however, last night i made a recipe that was a two serving recipe... and i was like... no way is two sausage links and two potatos going to serve two ppl.... so i doubled up the recipe. and you know what... i was wrong lol. doubling it made it gigantic!!! lol. well... not gigantic... but a bit more than two ppl should handle. i think maybe i should have made the full serving and a half and it would have been good instead of two... but i'll know that for next time i make this recipe. which has now become one of my fiances favorite meals :).

i found good healthy food the little bunny likes!!!! i'm so happy!!! it took awhile but i found some! now i don't have to worry too much about him leading an unhealthy short lifestyle lol.

not really anything to update. just bored at work and i know how blink likes coming on here and reading stuff lol.

i totally understand about that whole 1200 a day thing ocean. uggghhhhhhh. i think my rabbit eats more than that. i'd proally die of starvation lol. oh well. here's to a brand new day!

another update for blink!!! *i'm bored at work lol* soooo i went grocery shopping last night... and LO AND BEHOLD!!!! while we were shopping... the power went out!!! and they ushered everyone to the cash.. because they only have a 20 minute battery life on there cash registers before they die as well... and it was at sobeys.. and already 1030 at night.. so there was NO OTHER place to go :(. but i did get veggies and fruits. and am eating them right now... but i have no dinner or lunch sandwich stuffs lol. i'll get them today... and for lunch just have some subway sub. yum yum. i walked to work today. it's a 30 minute walk. and will be walking again tomorrow as well!! soooo already it's a benefit to living where i am :) yay.

so my bigger bunny found a way to take over the whole apartment and terrorize the small one. so i had to get the little guy in our room until we buy one of those pens to keep him in his area. haha.

the sick little guy is getting better. though he REFUSES to eat hay and vegetables... which should be like 90% of his staple. he only wants pellets and treats... so i'm starving him lol. well not really... rabbits are clever and they'll eat a tiny bit of this stuff when no one is looking.. and hold out for the fatty stuff that they like... but after a few days they come to realize that they need to eat the hay and veggies. but they look so sad when you don't give them their favorite food :(. why can't he be like my big one? he's a garbage disposal unit. eats everything you put in front of him. .... ohhh i wish i were a rabbit lol.

it looks like liz hasn't been on in a month :( :(.. i was waiting for your big post that was deleted... you said yuo were going to rewrite it so i was waiting for it to reply to it. and now i see this lame ass post. you suck lol.

i'm not on the wagon lmao lmao. buuutttt... i know i know.. excuses... there's no food in my house lol. and everyone that has been helping us move has brought over pizza and beer and wings lol. which is like... i either eat a slice of pizza and eat a few wings and starve the rest of the day... or just not worry about it lol... and let me tell you... i'm not doing the latter. i'm going to get some groceries tonight... not a lot... but all my fruit and veggies and sandwhich stuffs to at least get me through the work week. i swear next week will proally be more normal for me .

updates!! i'm in the new place... and both me and my bunnies LOVE IT!!!!

the bigger bunny absolutely loves it and loves exploring new places to get to and from his "home" station to the rest of the apartment... (he only walks on carpet... they have no grips for tiles and wood floor)... so he's found a way to travel in the kitchen.. he goes under the kitchen counter... those little "lips" at the bottom where the floor and cupboard meet... he uses that as a balance to walk through the kitchen... it's SOOOOOOO cute. you look down and youcan just see the side of him making his way to the end lmao.

the new bunny is sick :(... apparently his previous owners were douches and didn't take the best of care with him. oh well. he's mine now!!!

yay for running and enjoying it blink!!!

guess what :) ??? i move in less than a week!! i'm so excited!! but also... i got another bunny!!! he's so cute and so small!! he's actually 3 years old so he's not really a "bunny" but he's two pounds. so he's so small!! lol. but he has a lot of eating issues... he doesn't like the healthy stuff.. jsut treats... like me lol.

but i did hop on the band wagon yesterday ladies :) let's see how long a can stay on it this time!! hopefully forever!! lol. it's easy for me to eat lots of fruits and veggies now... i have two bunnies who i give the extra stuff to.. like strawberry tops and the ends of carrots and other veggies. so i eat more so they eat more healthy lol.

nothing new to report except to watch out!! i'm back on the wagon so i'm gonna give you ladies a run for your money!!!

i gained a few pounds :(

but to be truthful i never got back on the wagon.. my whole schtick is "i'm moving in aweek so i should just eat whatever i have in the house now.. and not bother getting fresh groceries until i move"... which.. is OBVIOUSLY not helping my waist line lmao. so i'm giving up and going grocery shopping tonight for a weeks supply of good fresh foods.

i'm going to do it ladies!!! i'm going to be good!! i'm tired of having back problems or knee problems or whatever... i'm going to do it!!! yayyy lol. anyways. i'm off now :)

my healthy teacher always used to say that for every pound you weigh... you should eat 12 calories per pound to gain weight... 10 calories to maintain weight... and 7 calories to lose weight (7 to 9 really, anything below 7 is starvation). if you're weighing in (on average) at 150... 1800 calories a day will put weight on you, 1500 will make you maintain, 1050 will make you drop the weight. (though that's a crazy number and i wouldn't recommend it lol)... but tha'ts if you're ONLY chaning your diet.. and not your lifestyle... if you're more active... you need to eat more... etc. and stick to proteins and complex carbs... it takes your body more energy to eat them than to pack them on your hips. so lets say you're eating 1300 calories a day.. and you weigh 150. It should take you 15 days to lose 1 pound.

you need to burn 3000 calories to lose a single pound.. that's twice your daily calorie intake needed (1500x2), then how much you're cutting down (1500-1300=200 calories lost a day)... 3000/200=15 days to lose one pound.

this may be your equation of why you're not losing weight... and why it's so much easier for bigger ppl to drop weight initially then smaller ppl. i know when i scale right back to 1200-1600 i tend to lose a pound every 5 days... up until the ten poundl ose mark then i stall hard core lol. ugh plateaus.

harl!!! my friend marrissa got over a month long plateau by doing what blink suggested... she just switched up the amount she ate every day. and i know someone else who tried to just eat 1200 because that was the amount "suggested" for her weight and what not... and her body stalled... thinking she was starving herself... she went to her doctor and her doctor told her to start eating 1600 calories a day... and her weight started melting off. because it was still under her "maintaining" calorie intake of 1800, but it was enough that her body thought she was eating the same amount... so instead of stalling it revved up her metabolism and she ended up losing a good chunk the first month... then she cut back to 1500... then 1400 etc when it was time.

i also know someone who eats like 1500 a day... all lean proteins and vegetables and a few whole grain carbs... exercises tons... completely fit.. but wasn't getting under 150. turns out... she was eating just ONE DOLLARS worth of licorice every day or two... (it's her favorite snack food ever).. she wasn't going over her calorie intake... but that extra sugar that shouldn't have been there was doing something with her insulin levels and only let her maintain.. she let go of licorice... and a month later she was 143. something as small as a few pieces of licorice were holding her back!!! can you believe that!!!! maybe that's the case?!?! i know a few ppl like her who when they eat cheese they stop losing weight... even if it's in their calorie range. (i'm one of them lol... but i love it too much to give it up).

i was also watching x-weighted on tv yesterday... and they had a girl who was eating the right amount of food... big dinner small other meals. he made her break it up into 6 small meals a a day... and he said that none of her meals was allowed being over 200 calories.  just because it was going to kick her metabolisms butt in gear... and make her burn consistently over the course of the day... especially since you're body works best in teh morning and slows down around dinner time.

as of this morning i'm back up to 210... though i expected it... because i've just given up this week lol. it's so much harder to get on the wagon..... maybe i shouldn't cheat anymore lol lol lol. i think today i already ate like 2 days worth of calories... damn you tim hortons!! dammmnnnn youuuu!!!!

on the plus side.... i have a VERY sexy hair cut!!! and just 2 weeks until i'm in my new apartment!!!!!!

i have been pretty good so far. i'm not losing that much. but i'm very proud. i normally don't have too many calories in the day.. and i try not to eat seconds... although i did yesterday because i was starved... and went to the gym.... and it was rice and pork... not the worst thing i could have had seconds on. :)

that's good to hear blink!!! i would like to get schooling done at home... or... done in general... but i cannot afford it. sad days for me.

now it's just me :( lol. well no one came in to post yesterday!!!! but neither did i so i guess i can't complain... but i'm down to 207.5!!! which is 2.5 grand total lol. although i suppose since i've been on here it's been 7 whole pounds... not a lot... i have such a longggg ways to go. but slowly but surely right?? at least i actually moved!! i was getting so upset there for awhile!!!

and guess what?! me and my hunny got an apartment for july 1!! so i'll be walking home from work... and the gym is on my way home... so i can always stop in for some cardio or some weight training when i'm bored :) . and i will have control over my diet... mostly lol. yay!! i'm excited...

now it's just me and you Harl :P lol kidding blink and ocean.

i have nothing to report... i'm trying this whole "portion" thing lmao. not that i didn't knwo what portions were before... just... i would always have seconds... or a footlong instead of a 6 inch... so instead of eating until i'm FULL... i'm trying to eat until i'm SATISFIED... which is so much harder to do lol... because you always want that "full" feeling... but i think i'm doing good :) . we applied for this cute little apartment yesterday... the two applicants before us had bad credit... so we're next in line... and hopefully our collective credit is good enough... his is perfect... mine is... a lot less than perfect lol... but getting there!!! if so i'll be down the mountain (actually an escarpment... not a REAL mountain)... so i'll be walking distance to work... walking distance to family.. and walking distance to friends... kind of lol... so i'll have in a lot more exercise :) ... and my own food to buy!! grocery stores are walks away too lol.

lets hope i get it!! yayyyy!!!!!!

other than that... just checking in to see how you lovely ladies are doing :) ??

yes where IS liz??? ya my bunny is way cooler when he's horny lol. i think i've been doing really well. i still eat crappy food sometimes... but what i'm really trying to do is stay away from mcdonalds and other bad fast foods.. and only eat smaller portions. stop eating as soon as i' satisfied. i'll eat a 6 inch sub instead of the foot long like i normally did... and just try to have one helping at dinner... not two. i like to think it's working.. my scale isn't budging too too much... but i know i'm getting healthier... i can do a lot more in my exercise routine than i could a month or two ago. that's progress. and i eat healthy... so i know even if i'm not getting smaller (YET), at least i'm getting healthier!!! it'll be better when i finally get to move out and can buy my own groceries without ppl buying snacks and cakes and lasagna's and stuff that want me to eat them. lol.

how's being home so far blink??? i bet a lot different then at school :)

you're going to get married AGAIN harl!?!?! crazy times lol. i'll settle for one time... lol lol... which won't happen till like 2012 :( oh well. that's the way it is when you're broke.

lol!!!! that's so sad blink!! stupid scales all getting your hopes up... i didn't weigh myself this morning... but i figure it's same as always. lol. though i was down a pound earlier in the week. Yay! lol.

i decided not to get my bunny fixed!!! i don't want to chance him not making it.... :( ... they're prey animals... so they fight the anesthesia (however that's spelt). so i'll just put up with his silly horny ways. plus i don't want him to become a fat cow bunny that just sits in corners all day once he's fixed... i like how active and fun he is to play with. he jumps over logs and follows you around and throws his furniture and toys around.. drags his teddy bears around.. it's cute.. you guys should see lol.

i don't actually get messages anymore when someone posts something in here.... do you guys??? it just kind of stopped... i got one like two weeks ago... but none since then.. dunno if it's the system or what???

i go to my trainer tonight again :) yay!!! i found out i have some genetic knee problem... my knee caps are facing inwardish i guess... and they're wearing away the cartiledge... so now they always creek and make noise and hurt when they're bent... so i have to start exercising the inside part of my knees and when the muscle gets bigger it'll push the knee cap out ane relieve some pressure off the cartiledge... more pills for me to pop too :P i'm like a vitamin junkie apparently lmao.

ewwwwwww a whales tongue?!?! .....ewwwww lol. i'd be terrified it'd snap shut and take me for a ride... i saw it hapen on when animals go bad lol. today is mine and my fiance's one year!!!! yep that's right!!! we're engaged already and it has only just been a year!!! lol.

i stopped drum lessons.... because i was paying 27 bucks and hour for them to tell me stuff i already know.... boo that.. i can do that at home on my own. which i will do with my new drum set :)

sorry ladies!!! i know i haven't been around. a bit depressed is all. i'm still at 210. not moving anywhere in inches or pounds... still doing training sessions at the gym... my PT said not to worry... i probably won't see anything until the 2-4 month marks anyways. but it's still sad. other than that i'm working working working!!!! sav up to buy a house and all that wonderful nonsense you're supposed to do when you get older lol. so i'm partly stressed... and i will admit... partly eating pretty crappy... and have not been logging anything at allllllll.... so here's to a brighter tomorrow!! i think i'm just setting myself up for failure time and again... because i cut sooo many calories... and it's just not realistic... i'm essentially starving. so i went to my doctors and he said instead of cutting... or trying to cut to 1500 cals.. to go for something more reasonable.. like 1800. and when i'm down 10 pounds then go down to 1700, etc. until i get comfortable with eating less a little bit at a time... makes sense eh?

i suppose that's not bad :)

yay blink! that's very exciting!!! I chase my rabbit sometimes... he doesn't go very far though lol lol. So horses should be fun to chase around!! I hope you're plans all take hold! At least you're reaching for something and trying for it!! I hope the jog goes well as well!! let us know how it is... It's so different runnign outside than in.. the best thing to do is run... then walk when you get winded.. and then run again... etc... eventually you'll just be running and not walking.

One pound is pretty good harl! especially when you're retaining a lot right now due to the dreaded TOM.

ocean- i really only have a problem with salt intake if i have soup. soup kills my salt. other than that i don't consume that much. are you trying those water pills like liz is???

i'm on day 8 of meridia... and i have a really dry mouth.. started yesterday... so my water intake has increased a hundred fold... being my mouth is soooooo dry. but i think it means it's working... and my scale finally did move down a few pounds :) ... uggghhhh.... i hate my metabolism. pills are do expensive... but i suppose when i get down in weight i'll have the knowledge with food, and the knowledge with weight training at the gym to KEEP my weight down... and be able to not be dependent on pills. instead be dependent on working my ass off lol. oh well. i guess it'll mean that much more if i have to work that much harder just to stay in shape right??

I have a very nice food weight scale, measuring cups, spoons. So my portions aren't that bad... i have bigger portions in the evening. but i have smaller ones in the morning. since i'm not hungry at all in the morning... i just eat because i know it's not good for you to not eat lol.

I'm back on meridia *sad days*... so far i've noticed nothing... except that my mouth is always dry now... i guess that's incentive to drink more water :) lol. but it's soooooo expensive... and i think i have a high tolerance for it. i go back to my doctors on the 27th to see if there's any real headway... if not then what??? iiii dunnnno.

i think working out with my trainer is really helping though. i ache all over all the time :) lol. that good working-out ache :)

hopefully i tone up real good under my fat. lol. and hopefully meridia... or prefereably something a lot cheaper helps me out.

nothing is wrong with him blink. he just had to go in for an exam before getting his nuts chopped off. i think it's there way of getting more money from me lol.

i only find that i have problems with salt if i eat soup that day.. other than that my salt is pretty fabulous. although i have a real drinking water problem... from 745am-5pm i struggle to get in one bottle of water. not good. i really only drink water when i work out... i don;'t drink pop or juice or anything... i just don't drink... which is insane... because i used it drink like 12 glasses of somethign a day. i need to start more for sure.

I love working out. I see my trainer again today. And i love weight training and getting that lovely muslce burn. But i'm still 215. Nothing doing ladies.. i'm not really eating that bad... i'm working out 4 times a week...  it's just so disheartening :( ... and my doctors appointment isn't even until the 27th, to see if there's some fat problem with me... lol... ok thyroid problem. but it's just so sad... it's almost like... what's the point if i'm going to work my butt off and eat healthy for a month and nothing is going to change? I know it's not good to think like that... but you can't help it. Especially since you're supposed to lose a chunk of weight right away due to water, and the fact your body doens't know what's going on.. and then it slows down after the first week or two to be healthy weight loss. but i've just got none :( ... i know it's not good... but i'm thinking i should start eating LESS than my recommended 1700 calories a day?? i mean... eating 1200 is practically starvation for a girl my size... especially if i'm working out every other day.. but what else am i supposed to do until i go to the docs??

i've been trying to do some research... and all i keep coming across is ppl on meridia (which is what my doc will proally put me back on).. and on phentermine?? or something like that. anyone ever heard of this stuff??

i paid 68.15$ CAD today to find out my rabbit is a o k. perfectly healthy.

hello all! Sorry I haven't been on here since monday. As you probably understand, I've been upset and just didn't want to have to deal with calorie count. I didn't even count my food stuffs since then. Although i've been eating pretty healthy and not really over my calorie count... i find i eat super healthy until about 630. then i just cave in lol. or rather... i get bored and eat. boredom is a very very bad thing... i'm hoping to spend more time visiting friends and trying out aqua fit at the gym and stuff... that way i spend less time at home alone... more time doing something. when my fiance is home i snack less. having social interaction keeps me less bored. So today i'm going to try out aqua fit!! maybe next week if my body is up to it (after my training session) i'll try out kick boxing or something. :) :) I also have to visit with my doctor... :S ... since i'm just not losing weight. i have to do the dreaded thyroid tests... boo.

in other news. i've booked an appointment on monday to have my rabbit go for an exam at a vet... get his nuts snipped off lol. lol.

where's blink at??

booooooo.... i went back up to 215. i think i'm retaining something... because i didn't cheat THAT bad to gain 5 pounds in a few days. I'll proally be back to 210 by the weekend.... but i can never get under 209... i exercise and exercise and eat healthy... though a bit more than i should... but i still can't get under 209. booooooo.

so i've fallen... but i'm back with my personal trainer tonight... i'll see what he says... and hopefully i'll get back up there

I have had a VERY bad week. I did not get back on the wagon at all. I even missed one workout session. It's been a trying week though.. tiring as well. I'm lacking motivation and the will right now. I think I've just given up until monday. New week... new start... new problems instead of old ones lol. Let's hope I haven't done serious damage this week though. *sighs*
