heyaa  i wanted to ask a question most people say that coffee is the reason why you have belly flab has anyon else heard this and is it true?

well true or not i drink coffee all the time and i usually get those nescafe sachets only because i hate adding milk, creamer or sugar. i think its so much more conveniant i mean i dont have to worry about how much i add and i also like it black and strong with nothing added.

if you have a sweet tooth and like to eat dessert for breakfast :P then try this...i deff reccommend it cos its sooooo goood!!!

1/2 cup (40g) wholegrain oats

1/2 chopped banana

1 scoop protein powder(i reccommend the banana flavour but vanilla or choc will also do)

1 soft ginger kiss cream cookie (crumble 1 piece and mix into oatmeal when cooking and leave the other piece to crumble for garnish on top of oatmeal) 

1 teaspoon chocolate spread for topping of oatmeal

cook your oats in the water for 6 to 8 minutes till their tender with a soft chewy texture then stir in banana, protein powder, crumbled ginger cookie. once oatmeal is made you can add the rest of the ginger cookie and chocolate spread for topping..

i love all bran even by itself or with milk one 1/2 cup is only 80 calories, split a english muffin in half and make a mini pizza with one of them (you can save the other 1 for later) then just add some tomato paste some veggies and a dollop of cottage cheese on top total cals: 150 to 180   

 its low calorie and yummy if  its heated up or eaten cold.
