| She hasnt said anything, both of us thought it was because I get really nervous at the Doc's office. It might just be stress right now. It was fine mostly over the summer, but now I have way more stresses. So it could just be that. I havent been to see my doc since I lost the weight either. I will see her in a couple of months, but not right now; i do an annual check up, I figure it can wait til then. | |||

| I'm using Nivea's Firming Lotion, but I am not sure whether it is working or my skin is just tightening on its own. I've only lost about 30lbs, but loose skin is still an issue for me. There are other brands of firming lotions out there too. | |||

| I saw something similar, it was a british woman trying to get into an american size 0, for an awards show. She was basically in starvation mode, exercising alot and not eating much. Her doctor even told her to stop, but she didnt. She made it to the 0, but claimed that it wasnt worth it, she felt too sick to enjoy it, and she looked like she was skin and bones. | |||

| I usually try to stay below 1500, but someimes its just impossible. I will not allow myself to go over 2000, and since I started doing this, I have not been bloated other than during a certain time of the month. | |||

| I'm 5' 7" and started at 160, at a size 12. I've dropped 28lbs and am down to a loose 6. Hoping to loose another 5-7lbs by my wedding in May. Its really weird though, because I bought jeans yesterday at American Eagle and they were a size 6, but the jeans that I was wearing when I went into the store were a different brand, were size 10, and were tight. So it does depend on the brands too. | |||
| Weight Loss | I am soooooooooo mad at myself! | Dec 01 2007 22:23 (UTC) |

| I am currently in the midst of losing it again. In highschool I got up to 170lbs, and knew I needed to lose weight. I didn't find CC til half way through my first year at university, I was at 145. My goal was to get down to 125. Through not eating alot, working hard and running around Florida that summer, I got down to 136, and was really happy about the way I looked. I came back home, gained weight, didn't keep track of my calories for about 16 months. When i weighed myself in Feb 2007 I was at 145 again... I tried to lose some but only half heartedly. I moved in with my fiance and his family for the summer in 2007 and gained another 20lbs on top of that. So I knew I had to do something. In september I started counting again. I am down to 139 and still am aiming for 125 by May (the wedding), and 136 by christmas this year. | |||
| Weight Loss | Cut myself in half! (not literally) | Nov 27 2007 01:48 (UTC) |

| My only issue is that I live in Canada, and my dress and fiance are in the USA, so I can only get my alterations done when I am going to be down there. So, I think that whatever I am in february (thats when I am going back to get the alterations done), will be what I will stay at til the wedding, hopefully. Maybe I can even make it to my goal weight by then.
Thanks everyone! |

| Yay! I can now be in this group! My scale said 139 this weekend! So its not great... but I am down 22lbs. 3lbs to my 1st goal (hoping by christmas)... getting back to my summer 2006 weight. Ultimate goal 125lbs! it seems so close and yet so far. My loss is pretty steady, about 1-2lbs a week, started off a little faster, but I slack a little more in counting calories since mid-october.
Happy Thanksgiving!!!! |

Your comment on yogurt explains alot. I have never had problems eating yogurt and I wondered why. |

| Weight Loss | How Often Should One Weigh Themselves? | Nov 12 2007 16:18 (UTC) |

| being a college student, I only weigh myself when I go home. So about 1-2 times a month. I like going home and seeing I lost 5lbs. Except lately the loss has been less. About 3-4lbs. Still makes me happy though.
I became obsessed with my weight during Highschool, weighing myself more than once a day, and it depressed me. I figure once a week would be good. However, as I don't have a scale at school, I do it when I can. |

| Health & Support | is it bad to be "underweight"? | Oct 29 2007 01:02 (UTC) |

| Being at a healthy weight is the only way to prevent certain health problems. Though, not knowing your bone structure, you may be ok. The BMI calculators are for the average person. Talk to your doctor, see what they say about your weight. | |||

| jillmugleston: I saw that commercial yesterday, its for SlimQuick, not sure if thats the right spelling. I laughed at it, but I am having the same problem, and I think I have gone down at least one size. Still wearing the same bras though. Can't give up the hope that my Cs will come back | |||

| My only problem with it, is that I bought a shirt I really liked, 20lbs ago, and now it doesn't fit, and that makes me sad... and at the time my FMIL told me to get it in the bigger size (which i did) becaues the next size down was too snug. But now it doesn't look right. so that makes me sad. | |||

| Well, I already looked up the 'caloric damage' and its between 350-450 for a small sub.
spoiled_candy: I haven't been feeling well today, so I have been sleeping most of the day. Thats why I only have had 220cals today, Kashi Golean and Skim milk. I just figure I could get a regular sub from quiznos and it could be my lunch and dinner. |

| Foods | Chewy cookies | Oct 23 2007 23:36 (UTC) |

| Take cookies out of the oven just when the start to brown, just the littlest bit. Then leave them on the cookie sheet for about 2-5min and then move them somewhere to cool. Then place them in an airtight container, but you have to wait til they are cool, cause you will get moisture into the container and then you will have soggy cookies. | |||
