I actually stopped exercising and calorie counting for 6 MONTHS!! I'm getting back on track, and I've lost about 2 lbs. this week! This time, no more taking long breaks. This is my life. I have to finish what I started and lose the rest of the weight! Can't wait to finally be who I want to be. :) -Andrfull756 |

Hey Cinde. I fell off the wagon too. I lost about 70 lbs over the past year, and it's been about 5 months since I've been off. I'm not sure about how long you've had your break, but I think it's time we push through! Let's go out and get what we want! |

Hello. :) 6'1'' and 18 years old (male) SW: 236 lbs. CW: 172 lbs. GW: 165 lbs. My lowest weight was 159 lbs. and it kind of scared some people, so I put about 15 lbs. back on, which was disappointing. But I'm sitting here in my hotel room right now...thinking about the future and how I want to get back on this journey after a month of poor fitness and eating habits. Looking forward to it. :3 My friend and I are going out to run on the beach tonight! Hooray! :D

Hey. It's been 8 months and I've probably lost around 40 lbs. of fat, but at least 20 lbs. of LEAN MUSCLE MASS! I'm an 18 years old male, weigh 171 lbs. and I am officially "skinny-fat" with 27% body fat. Starting June 3rd, I'm on a new journey to have the healthy body that I've dreamed of. I know what I have to do. I know the mistakes I've made. I'm am SO thankful that I've acknowledged this now (otherwise, I would have been in the hospital!). Good luck to all of you! |

I've just gotten out of a stage (hopefully) where I was craving all kinds of bad food. ...It was definitely because I wasn't eating enough... You have to stuff yourself with more healthier alternatives. :) But you know... don't overeat. Eat little and often! |

today is actually the first day on CalorieCount. Like 2 seconds ago I found this Analysis Check thing. I think that might be the problem, eheh. -_- I'm eating a lot of carbs and not enough fat. |
