breakfast: bowl of crunchy nut cluster with milk

Snack: kiwi and chocowafer, then made volcano cupcakes haha, yuumm. :)

Lunch: sundried tomato ciabatta with speady cheese hummus and spinach, laughing cow wedges and another cupcake.

Snack: smoothie- banana, bluebs, strawbs, yoghurt, oats, oj and PB.

Tea: salad- lettuce, peppers, cucumber, avocado, hummus, grated carrot, spinach homemade croutons and some orange juice.

Snack: maybe cereal if i'm hungry :)

Me 5'9" average/slim- jacket potato, beans and cheese, yoghurt, water or orange juice and pear.

M 5'11" average/slim- usually has her sandwich at break so either biscuits, iced bun, piece of cake and some tango

T 5'9" average/slim- water and sometimes either crisps or biscuits. she normally eats alot after school.

C 5'10" average- he eats what ever the special is and pudding which is usually custard and cake and biscuits and orange juice.

H 5'6" chubby- packed lunch ham sandwich, wosits, choco bar, cheese string and half a tuna baguette.

MP 5'4" large- tuna baguette and iced bun

i definately agree with the intrument thing! but for me it s arms... long and lean but not too hairy so you can see the veins. 

Oooo and they have to be taller than me so 5'9" and above!      &nb sp;               &nb sp;               &nb sp;

breakfast: 2 slices of toast topped with PB and a glass of orange juice (500)

Snack: yoghurt any flavour (100)

Lunch: wrap with hummus, salsa, veg. milkshake and a chocolate. (700)

Snack: a fruit and some crisps (200)

Dinner: pasta/lasagne/rice/ noodles ect with veg and either quorn tofu or meat. glass of fruit juice or milk (500) pudding: yoghurt blended with fruit e.g banana rasberry strawberry... topped with granola. (300)

Snack: hot milky drink e.g horlicks, ovaltine or hot chocolate (200)

Today.......

Brekkie: hummus, salsa, chili, tofu and lettuce WW wrap and a small bowl of cherry yoghurt topped with granola and strawberries

Snack: bananana and a orange hot choci

Lunch: two slices of fruit bread with PB and two nectarines

Snack: a small slice of roast veggie pizza

Tea: mushroom stroganoff on rice topped with cheese

Snack: angel delight

Yesterday....

Breakkie: beans and cheese on two slices of buttered WW toast

Snack: elderflower cordial and a apple

Lunch: monster salad! lettuce, cucmber, sweetcorn, hummus, salsa, sunflower and pumpkin seeds, red an yellow pepperr, avocado slices all sprinkled with golden linseed. fruitus bar

Snack: marmite flavoured breadsticks. glass of milk

Tea: two eggs on a piece of toast with sautade spinach and mushrooms

Snack: strawberries cherry yoghurt and granola.

Snack: cottage cheese mixed with blueberries and a crumbled fruitus bar.

Lunch: 2 wraps, one with hummus salsa and sweetcorn and one with PB and honey. rasberry yoghurt and granola on the side.

Snack: yazoo banana milkshake. piece of toast with 2 tbs of PB

Dinner: roast veg wrap with EVOO hummus and salsa.

Dessert: butterscotch angel delight..

Snack: cherries and bluebs in rasberry yog. ovaltine

hi guys, i don't know if any of you will remember me but i posted on here at the start of refeeding.... just lookin for some support in gaining the last 5ish pounds, here are my stats: 5'8" CW 124 GW 130

Breakfast: big bowl of cheerios with full fat milk and a sliced banana. tropical fruit juice.

Snack: cottage cheese mixed with blueberries and a crumbled fruitus bar.

Lunch: 2 wraps, one with hummus salsa and sweetcorn and one with PB and honey. rasberry yoghurt and granola on the side.

Breakfast: two ma-who-ssive bananana pancakes w/ 4tbs PB. strawb yoghurt with flaxseed and raisins

Lunch: 2 slices w/ grated cheese and onion. orange juice.

Snack: granola and yog. twister ice lolly!

Snack: fruitus bar and decaff coffee w/ milk and choco powder.

Tea: salad- lettuce, yellow pepper, 1/2 an avocado, sweet potato pieces, marinated quorn, big dollop of hummus and a bit of salad dressing.

Snack: ovaltine.

Lunch: ww sandwich with cream cheese and sweet corn. an avacado and a fruitus bar.

Snack: apple muller rice

it's awful isn't it.

don't worry I don't think you will go bald! since i started gaining 4 months ago i've lost quite alot of hair, i think this is due to the fact that your hair shows what your body was like 6 months ago, so if you were restricting about 6 months ago your hair will show it now. :(

i know it's really frustrating because your making such a big effort to gain and our bodies should be getting better not worse! but it will stop falling if you keep up the good eating :)

Teck: i think you can order it online but is verrrrrryyyy expensive, you could always try making them your self? the bars anyway.

I know i was in asda with ma mum and i was so amazed that they still made the stuff that i had ta buy one to see if it was as good as i remembered!!! butterscotch flavour obv!

arrrghhh, got ma maths gcse tomoro!

Fooooood......

Brekkie: porridge made with 1/2 cup oats, 1/2 cup yoghurt, 1/2 acup of banana milk, mixed spice, vanilla, a mashed banana, granola and two spoons of cashew butter.... yuuuuuuuuum! 

Snack: pinapple and yoghurt

Finleys: i agree, hummus is amazing! i ave it like every day... and the cals are 150 for one 50g portion...

Lizzie: welcome to calorie count, menu looks good. tho i agree with lala try to add more healthy fats like; avacado, nuts, olive oil and hummus :) ect

Brekkie: cornflakes with whole milk, banana and raisins. yoghurt with flaxseed. orange juice.

Snack: sunflower seeds cooked in soya sauce. Mmmmm soo gd. and some carrot, cucumber and pepper sticks with spicey hummus.

Lunch: jacket potato with beans and cheese. fruitus bar and apple juice.

Snack: weetabix porridge with whole milk, a few pecans, honey.

Dinner: ww wrap filled with hummus, avacado and sweetcorn. the rest of the avocado on the side with some salad and evoo.

argh! i'm sooooo bloated :( i didn't eat more or less than usual.

i think my tummy must be on strike or something cos it's refusing to digest any thing. (now i know how it feels to be preggers, lol)

trying to plan food for tomorrow but can't think of any really small easily digested brekkifasts....

Breakfast... weetabix, milk, banana, dates and coffee with milk

Lunch... PB, banana and honey in a WW bun, pear, granola bar, yoghurt, roast veg and some choco milk

Dinner... vegetable pizza on WW naan bread with sweet potato chips and a glass of choco milk

Supper... chocolate porridge w/milk, granola, yoghurt, peanut butter and honey.

B - 200ml glass orange juice; 2 slices thick granary toast with 30g peanut butter; 100g high-cal (low volume!) granola with blueberries and milk (full fat)

S - Trek bar, big banana

L - 80g houmous and salad leaves in 2 slices thick granary bread; 200ml glass milk; yoghurt pot

S - G&B choc bar; big box of raisins

D - Veggie pizza and sweet potato wedges

S - Bowl of porridge with milk topped with raisins, nuts and seeds
