ok, reporting late as always. i went on holidays and had WAY too much fun. I put on 4 pounds! just on the BMI verge of overweight again. cringe, time to get back on the horse. |

mighty mouse and coreyander -well done!!! you are both machines. i wieghed in this morning and am back at 167. Grrrr! i know ive put on muscle, my running times are getting faster and faster. but my body doesnt seem to be burning fat... i think ill talk to a personal trainer. |

Im late to a weigh in! Im sorry - crazy crazy week. any way i finally have good news. i weighed in this morning (monday) at 164 pounds!!! hurray. so a loss of 2.5 pounds. hopefully the end of the pleateau has arrived. im gonna keep running cause its obviously working. well done the rest of you that lost weight! |

Kitty - well done! and sarah, its good to have you back. im weighing in early this week. more bad news for me. i put on another pound. it doesnt make sense, im double counting my calories - 1200 a day. im exercising every day without fail. my fitness has improved a lot even in the past week but the scales just show me getting heavier. SO frustrated. its winter here in australia, does that effect metabolisms? any advice? |

plus half a pound. therefore 166.5 now. its a bit confusing really, im exercising a heap more - on average an hour a day and my calorie intake is still 1200cal. its annoying. On the plus side a fitness related test i do for work has improved immensely. But i want to see some change on the scales. i have a suspicion it might be that im not drinking enough fluids, i defiantly dont have my 8 glasses of water a day, more like 2. i will make myself drink 2lt a day this week and see if it makes a difference. well done to those who lost last week! |

Its Saturaday! At least here in Australia. i put on one pound so im now 166lb. :( I kindof went a little crazy this week - buffet seafood restaraunt. i thought i was strong enough. obviously not. and the next few days the buffet style eating continued... at home. but back in control now. expect good results next sat! |

Hi! I have'nt spoken on here for a month! Not my fault - I'm in the army and was away from computers/internet/showers/warm beds/EVERYTHING for a month. so im really glad to be back in civilization. Any way so i now weight in at 165 lbs. So i lost 4 lbs in 4 weeks. not great i know but its something right? and im back in control of my diet (at army we do not get to choose what we eat and i have no way of knowing how many calories are in the food). i can also exercise again - so gym here we come. im pumped cause i know im going to achieve this goal, for years ive been trying but this time im going to come out healthy and on top. keep up the good effort, every lb you lose shows. |

CW: 169 (+-0) Well, I'm really disappointed already! i weigh exactly the same as a week ago. and i haven't slipped up at all. It's so annoying, missing all those treats for what feels like nothing. I exercise at least five times a week, I try to run for 20min a day. sounds like i may need to do something else as well.... I suppose I could go to the gym adn use some of those machines. I like the stair master, there is nothing that hurts more. I wont be able to walk properley for a few days but hey I'd rather have ppl looking at me cause i walk funny than because im over weight. |

New to CC, started dieting two weeks ago. CW is 169. Its nice to know others are going through the hunger pains to get back on track with healthy living!
