Eggs - Scrambled, sunny-side up, or boiled?
Scrambled

Potato - Fried, baked, roasted, or mashed?
Baked

Berries - Frozen, fresh/raw, dried, or cooked/pureed?
Fresh

Tomatoes - Stewed, paste, raw, or juice?
Stewed or paste, I hate them raw though!

Beans - Soup/chili, salad, or as a dip?

When I'm studying and I get hungry, Mum makes me a yummy healthy snack like:

- fresh fruit salad w/ yogurt

- carrot and celery with hommos or tahini

- peanut butter and banana sandwich

- apple slices with almond butter

- frozen grapes

- homemade trail mix

And if I'm really stressed out or need something to motivate me I have some dark chocolate :)

Breakfast
Toasted blueberry bagel

Snack
Strawberries and blueberries with low-fat Greek yogurt

Lunch
Toasted whole-wheat pita bread with refried beans, avocado and salsa
Apple slices

Snack
Kellogg's Raisin Bran (dry, no milk)

Dinner
Chicken kebab with salad and steamed vegetables
