Weight Loss Super Green Tea??!! Jun 17 2009

While green tea is yummy and has some health benefits, it is no miracle weight loss supplement.  Most of the amazing benefits in green tea, from studies, is in it's purest form and highly concentrated. You couldn't drink enough glasses to equal the potency in studies.

She has more muscle definition than I would prefer on myself.  That being said, I don't think she's bulky at all!

I wouldn't mind having that much muscle-I am actually trying to "bulk" right now. I, for myself wouldn't want more muscle than that, but I really can't get at all how someone would even consider her bulky.

Thanks for answering.

Nuts_n_bolts-

This is a really dangerous game you are playing with. Bulimia is so bad on your body, and causes you to only absorb the sugars you eat. I am sure you are wanting to fix this problem. You should really read this fantasic article by Emma Leigh  Part 1 http://www.flzine.com/anorexia-and-bulimia-al l-you-need-to-know-and-more-part-1/

Part 2 http://www.flzine.com/anorexia-and-bulimia-th e-side-effects/

It teaches so much about the disorder (and anorexia). I am so sorry that this is a problem you are dealing with, it is definitely something you need to fix now, before it gets further out of hand.

You should also focus on having a balance in your sodium and potassium in a 1:2 ratio. I have to have some sort of electrolyte drink after I workout.

D3 and calcium is really importanat to add and diet.

You haven't gained any muscle in two weeks. Are you doing a pretty aggressive lifting routine? Those will cause your muscles to swell as they get used to the activity. It doesn't last long, though

I was going to say the same thing. Yeah don't stress it, just focus on that deficit girl!Cool

Health & Support who thinks calorie count CAUSES more ED's than help recover? Apr 17 2009

It is lack of knowledge that causes the problem. Right now I am counting because I want to get the rest of this weight off of me, but after I get to my goal I don't plan on counting any more. If I go up a little I will have a "low" day, but the point of all this is to make yourself a healthier more active person. You should look into buying http://www.amazon.com/Move-Little-Lose-Lot-N- E/dp/030740854X it a really great book.

Sleep is so important to fat loss. When you sleep is when you burn the most fat. You should read this http://avidityfitness.net/2008/08/25/sleep-ea t-and-screwyourself-over/ it is a great article that really talks about the importance of sleeping.
