While green tea is yummy and has some health benefits, it is no miracle weight loss supplement. Most of the amazing benefits in green tea, from studies, is in it's purest form and highly concentrated. You couldn't drink enough glasses to equal the potency in studies. |

Yeah that didn't work for me. I put a picture up of myself at my biggest weight with no makeup and morning hair (of course I took it down when company was over as to not scare them out the door). I would look a the miserable me on the frigde and that stopped me from cheated everytime. Hope that helps. |

Nuts_n_bolts- This is a really dangerous game you are playing with. Bulimia is so bad on your body, and causes you to only absorb the sugars you eat. I am sure you are wanting to fix this problem. You should also focus on having a balance in your sodium and potassium in a 1:2 ratio. I have to have some sort of electrolyte drink after I workout. D3 and calcium is really importanat to add and diet. |

It is lack of knowledge that causes the problem. Right now I am counting because I want to get the rest of this weight off of me, but after I get to my goal I don't plan on counting any more. If I go up a little I will have a "low" day, but the point of all this is to make yourself a healthier more active person.
