| I'm so glad to be reading this post. I thought I was the only one on earth that eats like that. I usually binge on the weekends...cereal, donuts, muffins...everything! My problem is that I haven't been working out and I have gained 12 lbs...bleh. I have made a promise to myself to stop this nonsense and today is my first day. Will let ya know how it goes. But I'm so happy to have found out that I'm not alone. | |||
