| serveral people in my family tried it a long time ago, they did loose some weight, but gained it all back after they stopped. They stopped bcs it made there heart race. I have never tried speed either, but one of them said it was like being on speed. | |||

| I agree that drinking water is important, but what matisse7 said is true. Drinking to much water is a very dangerous thing. Before drinking a gallon a day, you may want to check with your doctor. Also you may want to keep a close check on your electrolytes. Electorylyte inbalance can, in the extreme, be fatal. Drink up, but be careful. | |||

| You know what to do then. Get back on the wagon. Maybe you can count that as a maintenance day. I wouldn't worry to much about what you have done. You can't change that. You can only control what you are doing. So, don't be to hard on yourself for the fall, since you know you are going to get back up. We have all been there. We just have to pull ourselves up by our boot straps and try to move on. I wish you all the luck in the world. | |||

| When I started I was 424. I have just started being able to weigh myself on my weight watchers scale. I am right at 380. Sometimes it is 377 but with clothes on I am 380.5. This is the first time I have told anyone what I weighed outside of the doctor's and my mom. I was to embarrased. But you guys are giving me to confidence to tell what I weighed, because we are working on it together. Ok, we will have to think of a name for you. How 'bout "Beautiful and Getting Better".

| I do have high blood preasure, and I am supposed to be taking a water pill. But I am always doing things that I can't take the time to be running to the bathroom all the time. I told me doctor that and he said I really need to so he is changing my blood preasure medicine to one that includes a water pill. Oh well. Thanks for all your help. | |||

| You are not a horrible person, they are. You do need to have time for yourself. That will keep you healthier. If you are always stressed bcs people treat you like a tool instead of a person, then you are not in a healthy place. Weight is one thing that can cause health problems, but stress causes just as many problems. You are on the road to a healthy lifestyle. You need to work on all aspects, not just weight. It would be a shame if you lost all this weight so you can enjoy your life and then have a nervous breakdown, or worse, from all the stress. Just remember, we are all here for you. It does help to "vent" sometimes. I am glad you are also taking steps to make it better.

| I am so proud of you. I love hershey bars also. Really almost any kind of chocolate as long as it doesn't have coconut in it. We had a meeting in our office today and my supervisor gave everyone a pack of white chocolate reese cups. So far I have avoided temptation. Although I love them. I am trying to justify eating them. I, in my mind, have said, if there are 230 calories in the pack, then that means 115 each cup. Then if I only allow myself 1/2 a cup each day for my mid-morning snack that would only be 58 calories. I think I can do that. You are so much better than I bcs you are able to not give into temptation. You have gotten to where you don't even have severe temptations. CONGRATULATIONS. YOU ARE GREAT. | |||

| Cool, we are having a ladies "tea party" at church next saturday. I was concerned about going bcs it would be very hard to gage the calories on what we will have there. They are going to have finger sandwiches and cookies to go with our tea. I would feel weird having to explain, over and over again, why I wasn't eating. My friends at church would be very supportive, but I just don't want to go into it for everyone who asks me if I am sick since I wasn't going to eat. But I can just eat sensibly and call it a maintenance day. And I won't have to feel guilty. Good, that settles it. I am going to the tea party. | |||

| According to the tool, in order to reach my goal, I should eat 2350 a day. That is way to much. My nutritionist told me to try to eat 1500 so you are saying, every once in a while, I can/should have around 1800 to 2000? If so, how often should I do this, once a month? | |||

| I wouldn't worry about it to much. Oatmeal is good for you. I have been craving the peanut butter cookies you made. I know one day soon I am going to give into temptation. I will just be proud when I stop at 2.
Can anyone tell me what a maintenance day is. Maybe I can do that on the maintenance day, if I knew what that was. |

| I had the same problem yesterday. My nutritionist wants me to have between 1200 and 1500. But yesterday after supper I only had 961. I wasn't hungry but still fixed a pb&j before I went to bed to add a few more calories. I don't know if I am supposed to do that, bcs I wasn't hungry. | |||

| I try to find a convienent time also. However my mother lives with me and we live in a small apartment. My air walker is in the living room and whenever I put I'm not looking, mom puts something on it. I have asked her not to put stuff on it bcs it is easier to be motivated to workout if you don't have to unload it first. I am looking at it now, and within the last couple of days, it has aquired clothes. Mom did laundry and hung them on it instead of taking them to her room. I am going to move the clothes, again. | |||
