Sorry, I guess I really didn't give that much info. I'm looking for something that will measure the distance, calories burned, pace and speed... Garmin has the closest thing to what i'm looking for so far..

Congratz!! Isn't it awesome when you finally have that "moment" when you can tell a difference?

Just this morning I tried on a pair of my moms capris (her jeans/shorts/capris were always soo tight on my waist and she is 2 sizes smaller than me) and they fit... I had to wear a belt lol... it's nothing major but I can tell how much more toned I am now, which is exactly what i'm aiming for, it was a nice way to start a Friday morning!

I feel the same way in summer. We do alot of camping and of course, our trailer is packed with hot dogs, hamburgers,chips, crackers, cheese and a ton of other goodies! So for meals, the easiest thing I think it to get ur chicken, potatoes, carrots, onions or whatever else you want, wrap it all into a tin foil packet and cook in the fire... it's always soo good, and really is pretty easy and quick to whip up!

Wow you bike 13km a day on only 700 calories? That is definately not enough to keep you going....Try using the tools cc has to offer..

I'm pretty sure that's just one of the pills side effects?? May not work the same way for everyone.... lot's of birth controls are said to " make your boobs bigger" but that's obvisouly not the purpose of them.

 

I'm a little sad as well... all this working out.. and BAM... boobs are getting smaller... and I can hardly notice a difference anywhere else.. go figure!

Breakfast: Bowls upon bowls of Fruit Loops, or post Cranberry and nut cereal, maybe a couple pancakes with raspberry syrup, bacon and some milk.. yummm!

Snack- Cheese Nips, perhaps some cheese, meat, crackers and pickles

Lunch- Chicken burger, not grilled chicken either lol!!! Lots of ketchup!! Along with some kraft Dinner.. god I miss KD!!

Snack- More cheese and crackers, meat and pickles, cookie dough ice cream..

Supper- HUGE bowl of fettuccini Alfredo along with a pizza, half hawian half Great White North mhmmmm

Dessert (if able to still eat haha)- Freshly baked goods.. chocolate cake or cheescake would do nicely...

Thanks for the input! I don't overly like the idea of not being able to work out, or run for a whole week while im at home, and nothing much else to do anyways.

When I have nothing to do, I work out, run or play sports, basically any kind of physical activity. Yes, I do tend to try and organize when I work out based on my days and other activities/social events I have planned but I don't think it's anything to intense as to call it an "serious" addiction. I do know I need to give my body time to rest and find that balance, just trying to figure out how right now!

It might be easier once summer hits and there is more to do outside and such, but right now there isnt a whole lot going on other then being active, not to mention alot of my guy friends are at the gym alot... so I socialize while at the gym as well.... I'm sure I will be able to tone it down a bit, because it hasnt got out of control yet and I doubt it will, but what you said makes perfect sense and ill be sure to remember your advice!

Yesterday:

Breakfast- Slice of whole wheat toast with honey, Activia Fat free yogurt with Bran buds

Lunch-  chicken breast with tomato, kiwi, glass of milk

Supper- Tomato bean/veggie soup mhmmmm soo good with a grilled cheese... eek.. havent had one in about 2 months... needed it! lol

Yup!!

It gets pretty annoying, to me anyways... my friends do it mostly when we go out... try to order me endless amounts of drinks.... they seem to think the only way anyone can have fun is if they are drinking? Certainly not the case for me but whatever!

I also tend to just ignore it nowdays... if they think being healthy is a waste of time, then so be it... we'll just see who looks better in a few years! Haha

It depends, I really enojy getting my cardio in before work. I get up at 5 and am at the gym by 5:20...

If not in the morning I usually go at around 7pm... a little less busy at that time than right after work!

Built, very outdoorsy, and when I say very I mean very VERY! someone who has a good/stable job and can make me laugh. In all honesty, the guy can't be too nice.... hey nice guys finish last!!lol

Darker hair, eye color doesnt matter... but i do like athletic build... seems I cant find this guy anywhere!!!

Honestly... I don't have a "calorie limit" when it comes to my cheat day. I had 2 pieces, and a very small cup of ice cream, didn't even finish it!

I think it's different for everyone and what they are comfortable with!

My cheat day is usually Friday. This Friday I had pizza and some ice cream from Marble Slab... I don't feel guilty cause I work out, and eat healthy every other day and there is no way I could restrict myself from these things the rest of my life so I thik cheat days, or eating treats in moderation is fine. I still see results, just as long as I dont eat like that everyday!

Everyone always asks if I have colored contacts in or if im wearing fake eye lashes, I love being able to say, NOPE!

I also need to have a couple drinks once and a while, especially while hanging out at the river on a hot day!

I started drinking lime Bacardi rum, or Lime Smirnoff with water. Sometimes I use lime crystal light, which is even better! But even if you just put a couple slices of fresh lime/lemon into it.... tastes soooo good.. Honest!
