thanks huggitbear.. it's just painful the moment i wake up and pain gradually decreases..right now, i've been awake for 4 hours, it's no longer that much painful..actually, there's no pain not unless i rotate my wrist.. and a bit painful when i try to carry something using my arms

eating healthy is very beneficial but since you're still not used to eating healthy all the time, try eating slower.. after eating for 15-30mins(depends in every person), the brain thinks you are already full therefore feeling full..so no matter how much or less you ate, the brain will bring out a signal that you are already full...

in a healthy human adult, it takes 24 to 72 hours before food is digested completely...

i too have a sit down job.. i work at night.. even if you have a sit down job.. make sure to stand up around every one to two hours..your body needs this.. also, you'll end up feeling back apin if you just stick to one position over a long period of time..

i walk around the room after evry 2 hours..and if i need something, instead of having someone do it for, i do it myself so as to shift to another position or beter yet stand up and walk..

try eating slowly...after eating for around 15-30 minutes, depends on every person..the mind thinks you are already full nomatter how much or how less you ate..

and fruits also make you full faster than other foods..

i have gone through this diet and i have changed both physically and psychologically..

eat more calories..

i too have less sleep most of the time since i work during the night..but once i get the chance at sleeping longer, i grab it..

there would be times i cannot sleep, i drink milk which works for me.. it really depends if this will work for you..

if you want to rest/sleep early.. when you're already tucked in bed, relax, think of happy thoughts..worrying before you go to bed, will keep you awake or worse, won't let you sleep at all..

try thinking of the things that make you happy or things that you are thankful for... :)

great to here that..if you feel good with the weight your at right now, then stay that way.. it's not bad to cheat at times..hehe..but make sure to make up for that.. it's okay to reward yourself with what you want to eat after exerting so much effort at losing and maintaining weight.. thias has been very helpful to me:

hi, i first had my period later than you did.. i had it when i was 17, actually almost 18y/o.. my period comes irregularly..the intervals are 2-4 months(in between each period).. but in your case. please visit an obstetrician-gynecologist...this will be for your own good..

i ate steamed fish and a piece of apple..before i couldn't live without rice in my meal..but now, for four days now, i only eat rice once a day or sometimes no rice at all..but i make sure that i eat protein rich foods everyday...

be patient.. results will not be noticeable right away...it takes several months before it becomes evident.. just make sure you are following your diet religiously..

i have changed the way i think about food. the cleanse i went through did not only have a physical effect on but psychological as well.. i am more conscious of every food i take into my body.. before i eat or buy something edible, i first ask myself:"will this do me good? or is it bad for me?"

 

i have grown to be analytic on the different foods and see to it that they will be beneficial.. i am not perfect, i sometimes get tempted to eat foods that will bring me harm but i seldom do this..

losing weight is difficult but maintaining ideal weight is way much more difficult..

discipline in oneself is one important key to ideal weight maintenance.. if during your diet you have learned to eat healthy, even soon after the diet, you should continue eating healthy foods..

 

if you go back to your old bad eating habits then your losing weight will be useless.. you just wasted your time and effort in achieving your goal..

one way of losing weight, actually this diet is also beneficial not only in losing weight, but most importantly to get rid of toxins from the body...

 

because of the unhealthy way we have lived all our life..eating junk food and unhealthy foo, this should be done or can be part of a yearly routine...but make sure to know all the facts first before proceeding..

I do agree with baby08...you will notice if you lost weight through your clothes...and through the people who don't see you that much...people you haven't seen in 2 months or so can see if you lost or gained weight...Wink
