I have learnt that being fat hurts, mentally, physically and most important emotionally... I have learnt that boredom does not mean food. I have learnt that weight loss & living healthy is not a one night stand, its like marriage.... u need to stick with it even after the honeymoon period is over ( i.e. even after u lose all those extra pounds) |

Hi everyone.... all u ladies are great... simply great... I just went through this entire thread and now desperately want to be a part of this group.... Ok.. now something about myself... im 25, will be 26 in october this year.... My weight history is 1983-1994: Always the chubby cute fat kid 1995: Arrival of menses & my weight goes to 78kg(172lb) 1995-1999: Stay at 78kg (172lb) early 2000: 70kg (154lb) late 2000: 78kg(172lb) early 2001:70kg(154lb) late 2000: 78k(172lb 2001-2003-78kg(172lb) 2004- 70k (154lb) 2005-85kg(187lb) 2006-78k(172lb) 2007-85kg (187lb) 2008- 95kg (209lb) March 2009: 94.6kg (208lb).... thats just before i started cc june 2009: 87.5kg (193lb)... today
WOW!!! thats the first time that i have documented my weight history... So as you can see i have lost weight, and gained it.... and lost it... and gained it... now i want to lose it... FOREVER.... I want to add here that most of the times that i have lost it has been by some crash diet... or fasting.... i think the worst fast that i did was 6 days continuously only on plain water.... nothing else, no lime juice, no nothing.... yeah i did lose weight.... but u can see that it all just came back... So now im trying not to "diet" and focus on eating healthy & making a lifestyle out of it...
To add further.... I hate gymming.. i guess thats partly becoz when i had that massive weightgain when i was 11years old, my mother forced me into going to the gym.... and i have detested it since.... And to add.... it doesnt help that my mom is 54 years old, 60kg(132lb), sexy, gets mistaken for being my sister, and loves going to the gym... Any one going thru the same resentment for their mothers... i mean i love her, love her a lot,... but just hope that this weight of mine didnt have to come between us.... and its worse when i see pity in her eyes for me.. .or rather my weight.... i just cannot look into her eyes and it hurts... ok.... thats enuf now.... but i just want to tell all of u here that i need help, and hope that we can all get through this together.... Thanks everyone....
