Do you have a Trader Joe's nearby? They have a couple different dry noodle bowls/soups that are very tasty and low calorie too! Of course I can't think of the brand name right now, but it comes in 3 flavors (mushroom, spring onion and garlic) and they are rice noodles with a flavor packet (about 280 cals). Also, there is another brand that Trader Joes carries, but I have also seen it at Safeway. I think the brand is Auntie Chen or something similar and they make a good udon noodle bowl that is 140 calories and a teriyaki noodle bowl (that is real pasta) that runs 400 cals, but it pretty satisfying. Of course, there is always tofu shirataki. It's an acquired taste, but so worth it when the whole package is only 40 calories! Good luck! |

But back to exercise - restrengthening the muscles under will help the look and feel to a certain extent. Good luck! |
