well this is 50 calories. but it fills me up for quite a while. this may sound gross, but dont judge till you've tried it! I take a cup of v8 hot and spicy, and heat it up in the microwave. yum! It's like drinking straight up tomato soup that has a little kick to it. only 50 cals. |

I'm definitely in the same boat as you. I absolutely <3 fruit. I go to walmart every week to stock up my refrigerator on the stuff. out of curiousity, does anybody know what would happen if 75% of their diet consisted of fruit and vegetables? |

well, my treadmill just bases it off of my speed, time, and incline. I suppose CC factors in more info, but would that mean it's more accurate? |

I'm 5'8". Last I had a physical and weighed in at 130.4 exactly. my goal weight is 125. I don't feel like it's unreasonable because I swear it's all in my stomach. maybe with those next five pounds it'll disappear. got my fingers crossed! (as well as doing those detestable crunches every night.) |

me too hun, me too. I have the biggest sweet tooth EVER. when I'm really just itching to grab that chocolate bar in the pantry, I Itry to go for this instead: swiss miss diet cocoa! It tastes pretty nasty in water, but I've never enjoyed hot chocolate made with water. Instead, I'll put a packet into a cup of skim milk. The swiss miss itself is only 25 calories. Good deal. And it's sooo chocolatey. I love it. |

One night a robber broke into a house. While rummaging through a desk, he heard a voice say, "Jesus is watching you!" The robber cried, "Who's there? Who said that!?" He received no answer, so he resumed his robbing. Once again he heard, "Jesus is watching you!" This time, the robber followed the voice and went into a room where a parrot was waiting. He asked the parrot what its name was. The parrot replied, "Cornelius." The robber said, "Cornelius? What kind of name is that? Who would name a parrot that!?" The parrot said, "The same person who would name that rottweiler behind you Jesus." |
