My favorite treat (I eat this at least once a day and it keeps me away from all the temtations that come along through out the day) is 1 cup of strawberry halves (49 Calories) & I top them or dip them (depending on how I feel that night) with 1 tub of jello 60 calorie pudding ... I alternate between the choc/vanilla swirl, raspberry/choc, Caramel somthing or other, choc/ banana, Or just plain chocolate. Let me tell you that for 110 calories .. this little treat (and those 40 calorie fudge cycles) are the reason I'm able to stick to calorie counting. If you miss the fealing of chocolate melting on your tongue ... get the plain chocolate and nix the strawberries. Just let it sit there on your tongue ... ok I'm getting too into this now, lol. btw sorry bout my spelling ... don't have time for spell check. |
