| Just got back from work and Im really excited about all these suggestions. I will eat before I go, but its a full day even and im sure to get peckish by evening.
WATER WATER WATER........... im guessing no alcohol, and a protein bar. I will be prepared!!! Thanks all and wish me luck:) |

| I will try the arm band, my friends have suggested boxing and tae bo but I dont wanna look muscle- like...... Hmmm will try both, thanks for the arm band suggestion, and naia I get you, im not embarassed to show them. If summer comes and they are still jiggly well I wont be walking around in a jumper. Beauty comes from attitude and if it doesnt bother me, no reason why it should bother other others, just wanna improve on them if I can, you know. Stay well and thank for the gr8 advice:) | |||

| Start with the basics you will be amazed how relaxed it makes you feel afterwards and dont worry if you dont get it the first time. I have the set and I love them mostly for my abs. | |||
