you can still work your upper body so its not a huge problem.you just have to work on your upper body more til you are fully healed.

I dont cheating is a huge problem unless you lose control.I cheat sometimes but only a little treat every now and then.

it is embarassing but I think just wearing another shirt undernearth the one you are wearing should be good enough.Its suck being Fat and Running cause people stare at you,thats why I decided to lose weight with regular at home exercises before I go out running.

I agree with Druciana,If you cant pick up a laptop then you definently need to see a doctor but I think you probably just pulled a muscle.Take a few days rest without lifting anything and if you dont see improvement then see a doctor.

I am going through the same problem but people tell me that you have to lose weight to start seeing Abs and thats what im doing.I have 1500 - 1600 calories a day and lots of exercise.

20 Pounds in 30 days is pretty good for 3 20 minute workouts.People need to relize though you have to diet as well to lose the pounds perminently.

Why do you binge in the first place? I use to binge a bit too,I could eat nearly 2000 calories in an hour or so but I stopped that and try to stick to my diet.I havent gone over 2200 calories since my diet started (a week ago) so I feel good right now.

I just try to stay under 1600 calories a day.Counting Calories is annoying sometimes but its worth it for the long haul.

I check about everyday too but Instead im gonna check every 2 days.Its hard to see myself not lose a pound,I've lost 5 pounds in less then a week in my diet/exercise plan,despite of all the work i've put in.

Instead You should do have an average in take of calories.My minimum is 1600 but I usually stay below that (1400 or 1500).Also Only exercise 5 days a week,Your body needs rest.

Also dont drink Tons of water,6 to 8 Cups of Water a day is good.I usually have 4 or 5 Cups of Water a day because I think 4 to 6 is good enough.

No,No,and No.

I sort of agree with him with the Stop Drinking Soda and other junk drinks and Just drink water but you should also drink milk too.

Pasta is sort of fattening so You should try your best to avoid that.Eat things that are healthy and low on calories and sugar.

3 times a week for workouts isnt cutting it.Try working out 5 times a week,Even if those other 2 days are small exercises.Everything counts.

EDIT:Also drink 5 or 6 cups of water a day,If you drink too much water then you will gain water weight.Try not snacking through out the day,I think thats your deciding factor here.If you are gonna snack then have 1 Nurti-Gram bar,They are pretty health and filling.

180 Calories for a yogurt? I've eaten yogurts with less calories then that but yeah eating things from Starbucks probably isnt smart to do.

No offense but most buisnesses dont want 40 year old+ people working there,They want young people that they can control and pay less so they can save money.I really hope you find another job but If you are aiming for the same kind that you use to have then I'd aim lower.

Its tough to avoid the fridge when you are bored so why not Watch Tv or a Movie or try to sleep for a bit.

I dont agree with 8 cups a day,I drink 4 or 5 cups a day and I feel perfectly fine.I only drink when im really thirsty and sometimes when im done exercising.

Eat something different,Those 2 foods arent as filling as people think.Like you said,Try eating an egg with a piece or 2 of toast and add a cup of some juice,milk,or water with it too.
