I have the same problem. Work out six times a week - one hour cardio + weight training, and eat about 1500 calories per day. My instructor suggested it could be muscle build up. Also you could be retaining water generated from too much cardio. I swapped two gym sessions for aquaerobics and feel much better. The weight is still on the increase but the clothes size is coming down. Make sure you drink 2-3 litres of water a day as it helps |
