you could try different sugar free (very low calorie but  still delicious!) instant puddings mixed with fruits... Like banana pudding with strawberries in it.. delicious! Even fi you eat the whole box of pudding, it's only about  200cals and thats a LOT of putting and most of the calories come from the milk used to make it.

not the easiest week. School ended for the semester so there was a lot of going to bars and graduation parties. So, I'm fairly pleased with my results even if I was 1/2 lb short of my goal. This week should be much easier. Hope you're all happy with your results!!!!

coming from a 21 year old, 35 is FAR from old. absolutely not too old for a bilini. Wear a bikini and be proud! Personally, I get jelous of 30-50 year old women who wear bikinis and look comfortable with themselves, so congrats!!

i managed to go a whole week without weighing myself!! I was getting so anxious. I was 170 last week (start) and am now 167.5lb. I've already done horrible today with everything. school is getting crazy during the last week!! I'm very very excited for summer and to have more time to myself to make healthy dinners and work out! I think i'm finally accepting the SLOW weight loss thing. I use to get discouraged but this website it a ton of help!!

Hey everyone! I'm so glad I just came across this, I had never considered only weighing in once a week and would always get discouraged at seeing the same number the next day. Hopefully this will motivate me more!!

I'm a junior in nursing school so like leopardrayne said "high stress and low maintenance" with a huge touch of zero time.

I started at 180 and am now down to 170. I want to get down to 128 eventually but not until february 2010 or so. I'm already excited for a week from today!

This sounds fabulous! I just started today so I'm super excited! I'm currently 170 and trying to get down to 128 eventually but that's a while away. I'll say 155 by the end of the challenge hopefully!

and to darcyskywolfe: we're starting at the same weight and have jsut about the same goal! I'm 21 so it appears we have a lot in common!

goodluck everyone!!
