Love Love Love this topic. Hadn'd given myself a self analyisis since I was a teen. Well, everyone recognizes my laugh and many seem to enjoy it. Honestly it has drawn small crowds. But what buggs me is when they ask me to "laugh again". its not gonna sound the same if I force it. N E Way. Things that Im complimented on. my full lips, "coca-cola bottle" figure. (glass bottle, not 3Ltr.) haha and my feet. oh Crazy Story. One day I was wearing sandals, chilling w my friends n a guy friend put my feet on his lap, I thought "how relaxing", kept chatting, when "AAHH!" he stuck my toes in his mouth . LOL How Crazy.

Girl, I was in dat same situation. Tell u what, eat well n exercise. after 2 weeks, ull love youself cuz youll feel great losing those lbs definatly motivate me. even if u dont want to exercise yet, eat fresh n watch those weight loss shows like "The Biggest Loser", "You are what you Eat", anything that'll make you wanna do the same. Thatll help get the ball movin. Dont know why u hate cooking so much, all that chopping n mashing is therapy 4 me. But n e way, Here r a few of my NO KNIFE REQUIRED recipes. oh & a  tip:Whenever ur in da mood, slice up a melon r pineapple whatever keep it @ the front of fridge for ur sugar fix r "Im bored what can I eat" fix. 

Stick a chicken breast r 2 in a ziplock w marinade n freeze full of flavor whenever u need it.

Ground turkey same thing woozy, soy, fajita seasoning, whatever u like,  give it a patty shape freeze, Voila! ready burgers. I like to grill turkey bacon n a portabello mushroom with it. stick an avocado in there. mmmm

Pre-packaged fish, add lemon, s&p, parsley n olives.

Bird's Eye Veggies. Just microwave theyre already seasoned.

Mash a very ripe banana, little vanilla extract n mix w cooked oatmeal n crushed walnuts.

well I didnt win. Mom lost 15lbs, I lost 9 n my sis-in-law lost 8. I did do the low carb n lost 7 that wk but I felt horrible. Since then, Ive been eating pizza, cake, burgers, lots of junk. Ive gained 6lbs n havent exercised a day since (bout 3wks). Cant seem to get my butt back into gear. Started watching some shows on fitness n nutrition yesturday. Kinda made me think about it a little. Dont know what it'll take to make me want to do it again.

I was able to do low carb all last wk. I lost 7lbs with almost no exercise. thats  22lbs down, 11 to go.I dont know if Im gonna try another wk like that. You lack eneregy, cant poop, my face looked a mess. One day i worked out for 20min, I felt like i was having a panic attack. Saw black spots, cold sweat, dizzy spell, couldnt breathe right, felt like I was about to get the runs. Man! was not good. These last 3 days I've been very very bad. pizza, chocolate mousse, root beer... but tommorrows Double ad day, Im gonna go grocery shopping but havent decided which diet to do. Im thinking kinda low carbish, cuz if Im craving fruit or dairy, im gonna have it. and maybe not kill myself on the stair treadmill anymore (limit to 20-30min). I think its time I focus on toning up. Im gonna take mikethedoofus' advice 3-4x a wk of abs, n maybe alternate w arms, legs I think Im working um out on the stairs , no?

I had lost 15lbs with "the biggest loser" diet then scale didnt move for a wk so I started a low carb diet. I lost 2 more lbs without exercise, my husband says he lost 7lbs with exercise. I'm only gonna do it this week cuz I thought i needed a change to get the scale moving again, but i hate eating this much meat. Feels wrong, and i miss dairy n fruits. he's thinkin bout sticking to it longer. we'll see what happens.

sitting in class taking notes burns 124cal an hour, really? hello ladies. im going to this convention these next 3 days. in total, drive there, be there, drive back, im sitting bout 12hrs. i seriously doubt im gonna work out at all these 3 day. what should i eat? today, my sweet husband made me bfast some sort of grilled cheese sandwich with jelly and i cant remember the name of the meat, looks like roastbeef but smells like basil n rosemary i think. not sure if i shouldve eatn it. also yogurt, blueberries, almonds, for lunch big sandwich with pastrami, avocado, n stuff 2pickles, carrots, melon, n V8. dinner he made chicken cordon bleu, dont think i shouldve had that either. when i tried to add up cals. OH BOY!! I stopped logging close to 1,000, I was only half way... Yikes!! What can I pack for lunch that wont yet soggy, messy, or give me gas?

Is my body still in starvation mode even if im not hungry or if im eating large amounts of food with few calories?... im not a vegetarian but now that im "dieting" I dont really care for meat, I can take it or leave it. please share ur ideas I love trying new foods... doing weights, is it more likely that i loose more lbs doing them or not? Im trying to loose more lbs by July 31... my grandmas doc gave her a list of low carb stuff he wanted her to stick to, everyone told me bout how she lost alot in little time, thats why I wanted to try it. but its pretty much all meat & veggies. it says no fruit, nuts, grains, dairy (other than plain yogurt n some cheeses.
P.S. it finally moved! 152.5 its only .5 but its something I'll take it!
bout the colonic, I dont remember if Usher got it done on camera r someone else but I remember him talking bout having it done cuz he had a show n was constipated (help him b lighter on his feet haha). n i remember seeing brown poop then black poop goin through the pipe n the lady said it was mega old poop n super stinky lol

2. If you've increased your muscle mass then concentrate on measurements as you might be losing inches at this point. I stopped doing weights cuz i figured the muscle was weighing. Got in a friendly competition w Mom & Sis in Law to see who loses more lbs.

3. And if you are doing all the above then shock the body with alternating cal intake for example - on a lighter workout day eat 1200-1300 cal then the next day eat 1400-1500 cals - this will let your body release some of the stored fat and possible shock it enough to get things moving again.. What do u think about doin Low Carb for a wk? Were weighing in at the end of this mo. & i'll get back to what i'm doing "The Biggest Loser" diet the day after.

4. Look at your workouts - have you switch it up remember our bodies get use to the same workouts - also look at your cardio are you doing intervals and challenging yourself..if so then try a slower paced day to let your body recover... Last wk I tried new aerobics classes (salsa, kickboxing, pure abs, etc..., did 2 classes a day. I do the stair treadmill almost everyday. am up to 70min. and if I get up early enough i jog to the park takes me bout 35-45 min, and swimming.

Pick Me!! Laughing Hey I'm Denae 25/5'3/153 I started @ 168 in April. I've got 18lbs to go. My things that I hit a plateau. I exercise bout 2-3hrs a day (burn atleast 3500cal a wk) and am doing "The Biggest Loser" (sort of) but now scale hasn't budged in a week. at least it aint goin up I guess.

Few things helped me.

#1 started when this guy called me fat. Forced me to really look at myself. made me realize I was finally obese and I was the fattest one of all my friends. I knew that all my health problems could be fixed w diet n exercise. & I was too young to be this big I should me bout their size not my moms

#2 "The Biggest Loser" book & show, if they r that big I should b able 2 do it 2. The diets super easy u eat all day n feel great. now i feel light, healthy, happy. whats crazy 2 me, I actually njoy working out

#3 were all in it together. my husband, grandma, mom, sis in law, brother stepdad and me all of us call eathother up, to see where were at with it. get your family involved, let them know what u wanna do, they love u n want u happy n healthy

u know what ,I used to eat meat in every meal even if it was a salad. Now I dont really care for meat, most the times, i pick it out without noticing. oh and fried stuff I used to love now, just the smell of it mouth grosses me out and like it leaves a bad taste r feeling at the back of my tounge r under my nose, that area. lol its weird.

When we first got married we would walk to the store everyday for a pint at about 10 r 11pm. mmm good times. Praline Pecan, Pistachio, Mint Chocolate Chip, Cookies n Cream, ooo Amy's Turtle on Mexican Vanilla in Austin TX oh there was one with brownies and milk chocolate balls w carmel in um. oh man!! I love um all.

ME TOO. I was wondering what the heck was going on. First 15lbs were mega easy to loose. This week I was eating bout 800 cal and 2-3hrs exercise a day and I went up 2lbs. What the heck!! As of today, my goal is 1500cal again and at least 2hrs exercise. Hope weight starts going down again.

Come to your senses dude. I bet, as soon as you give up on this crazy idea, your gonna eat everything that crosses your way. Give it up. Ill tell you what worked for me. "The Biggest Loser" diet. I lost way more eating everything it said rather than trying to cut calories (only eating about 700 cal. worth) Also Ive got way more energy and my attitudes improved a great deal. Today I exercised 3hrs and in the mood to do more. Try it for at least 2wks. Youll see your taste buds will change. I cant stand the taste of fried foods anymore, and I dont really care for meat either. Try it. I promise your gonna lose more weight, feel a heck of alot better, youll have a more positive attitude, and youll feel super proud of your self. Your even going to CRAVE going to the gym. Belive me.

Feels wonderful dont it LaughingI love it when people notice. its all paying off. Last time someone complemented on my weight loss, I was soo happy, I decided to treat myself to some new threads. I was super excited almost everything fit... and these 3 guys were totally checking me out, too bad neither one was good looking lol but still I knew I was looking good Cool ..

Keep up the great work arity, keep all those complements in mind for motivation.

well, my mom promised to take me on a shopping spree once I fit an 8. I was 168/size11/12, now I'm 153!! not sure what size yet. 2 weeks ago I think I was @ 156. 8s were too tight and 10s were showing my underoos. we'll see this weekend.

Bellbowen, did you complete the 7 days? were you able to eat the 6 bananas lol? I'm thinking about trying it. It seems that all those who have tried it have lost at least the first 6lbs. The only complaints I hear are from those who havent tried it and in no way would I plan on sticking with this kinda except for these kinda situations where Im in a bind. I want to loose as much weight as possible by this Saturday. So was it worth it afterall?

How bad can it be? When we go to the beach we take tons water, sandwiches, and fruit. If we eat at a restaurant out there, we eat shrimp cocktails, seafood soup, ceviche, etc. Seafoods great for you (just lay off the fried stuff).

Me too. I want salty, sweet, crunchy... Now I try and make sure to have bfast ASAP, and beleive me, I dont have night cravings. When i do skip bfast I do crave so I have been trying to do other stuff if its too late to be eating. Polish my nails so I wont touch anything, brush and gargle (I hate feeling like Im dirtying my mouth again), last night @ 10:30pm I went to the gym. I think the urge to work out was because my friend noticed my weight loss. So I went shopping for clothes almost everything I tried fit except the jeans. Im down another size!! Anyway... When I came home from working outI was hungry but more tired so I went straight to sleep (eeww stinky)

This older couple I know ( in their 60's or 70's) told me they feel more energy the days they drink it and can stay awake longer ; they make sure to drink it days they go to parties. And my mother and grandmother say they noticed me loose alot of weight when i was drinking it, but then again every day all i had were ham, cheese, crackers, and green tea.
