| Hello, sorry I haven't checked in. It's been a tough month. Anyway, I have lost 15 pounds since 9-8-07! Don't know how, but I did. I'll take it though. I plan to start walking at lunch. I'm also going to try to intergrate Weight Watchers into this somehow. Maybe that will give me a jump start. I'll check in soon! &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| Good Morning All, I first have to say I haven't done what I am supposed to this week. It's just been too crazy. I will be starting to walk at lunch, and the new water coolers are in at work. They have the cold water set at like 45 degrees. I'm not a big water drinker however I found a product to put in my water. It's kind of like the stuff they put in the flavored waters. Then I can drink the water with no problem. Anyway, I figure I can walk at lunch and eat at my 1:30 break. I work 6am-2:30, so I have a nice schedule for lunch, snacks, etc. Now once I do a big(healthy) shopping it will be alot easier for me to stay on track. Well, I just wanted to drop in and say Hi. Have a great week! I'll check in again tomorrow! &nb sp; &nb sp; Take Care, &nb sp; &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| Hello, I get like that every once in a while. I usually tell my Hubby "I want something sweet". I get my fix from No Pudge Brownies. You can make a pan or an individual brownie. I prefer the individual. All you need is 2 Tbs of the mix and 1Tbs of either non fat yogurt or applesauce. Mix in a cup and microwave for a minute. They have a variety of flavors, but I like Original. The box usually lasts me a couple of months by doing it that way. I also have a great orange creamsicle type dessert recipe. If you'd like it you can email or PM me. It's very easy to make too. &nb sp; &nb sp; &nb sp; Take Care, &nb sp; &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| Hi Sarah, how's it going? Not too bad here. Yes, I am still on the meds. Since January I have lost 40 Lbs, give or take a few. I really haven't had any adverse reactions. Occasional nausea,I eat a few crackers and I am fine. I find I still cry more than I did when I was taking Effexor, but not bad. I have noticed if I have a bad day it's really bad! Those are far and few between. All In all I am very happy with the pills. I have depression and SAD, and was on Effexor for about 3yrs. It worked great, but prevented me from losing weight. Once everything in my life was pretty musch on an even keel, she switched me. Hope it helps. Feel free to pm me anytime. Have a good day! &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| Wow, that's cool! I kept thinking I could eat that. I am always looking for healthy quick breakfasts. I work from 6 am to 2:30 pm, so I usually eat at 5am. It's given me some great ideas! Thanks for sharing! &nb sp; &nb sp; Have a good night! &nb sp; &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| I started a new anti-depressant in January, one of the side effects(if you can call it that) is it decreases your appetite. The one I was on previously kept weight on. I am very pleased with my results so far. In fact I have had more people notice I've lost weight in the last few weeks than I think I have in the last ten years! That in itself is great motivation. I started at 235 in January and am now at 222. My goal is 150. |

| Hello, I just wanted to give an update. Since I posted this I have lost a total of about 25 pounds! I knew I was losing, but didn't notice a drastic change. I did however have to buy new jeans, and I fit into a size below what I was in. I haven't done that in almost 12 years!!! The day after I bought the jeans I went in to work, and found people doing double takes, and asking what I have been doing. What a motivator!! I have also made alot of changes in how I eat, and what I eat! I have been trying really hard to think before eating something and trying to find healthier alternatives. So, I am pleased with the results. &nb sp; &nb sp; Take Care, &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

Count me in! I'm starting out fresh again for the 1st. This year will be different, my Husband wants to lose 40 pounds.I want to lose about 120 pounds. It will be a lot easier with him and I on the same page. He's always been very supportive, but there is always that thing that I'm trying to lose and he's not, so there is always a different set of rules if you will. Sorry to babble on. I have a tendency to be long winded at times. I look forward to chatting with everyone. Have a Happy New Year! &nb sp; &nb sp; Erin |

| I found a great product a while back. It's called No Pudge brownie mix. You can make the whole box or a brownie for one!You make the mix with yogurt, applesauce. The single serve for example, you take the mix and mix it with a Tbs of yogurt, or applesauce. Mix it in a coffee mug and microwave for a minute. I usually add a scoop of low fat ice cream of a dollop of Cool whip. It's nice because you control how much you make.It comes in chocolate fudge, mint, cappuchio, and rasperry. The box lasts forever if you make the single serve size. Just thought I would pass it along.
